Had a great time at Chateau Avalon, mostly because of their awesome bar, the d'Nile and it's bartender, Pat. While our room was a bit of a let down, it, along with the hotel, was beautiful. The room did not have adequate plugins, the main light switch was for the whole room (no peacefully laying in bed while someone was in the restroom) and the chess board had no pieces provided. Don't bother. The price paid did not match the experience. Dirty, dusty, run down. After a long drive I was looking forward to a relaxing evening, I couldn't force myself to sit in the tub. Noticed dirty sheets at about midnight when I turned the bed sheets back to sleep, exhausted from the long day I just slept in my clothes. Food was scarce no dinning open, but I was offered a cinnamon roll for breakfast.. I believe the cost was around $8. They state they have a bar, maybe it wasn't open this evening? Save your money, just go to the cheap local motel. read more

My husband and I had never had a vacation together over 24 years..and with a serious surgery looming the next day, I wanted to find something neat..fun..luxury like..to do. I read the reviews on several sites about this hotel, and I was nervous about booking, honestly. But, I forged ahead. My husband always did the reservations, hotel bookings, paying for the room, all that stuff. This time I did it! It was an easy, straight forward process. The hotel was great about keeping me informed, reaching out to me for other items I would like to add on, everything. I didn't have any stress with booking the room or checking in. We were impressed upon coming to the grounds of Chateau Avalon! My gosh..the first thing we saw was this beautiful, windowed building set up for outdoor weddings. It is beautiful! The fountain is huge! There is so much detail in the figures that spray the water! We looked up at the front of the Chateau and it is just lovely! The architecture, the greenery..everything is just pretty and clean! Don't worry if you are handicapped or need assistance with stairs, there is a side door with a close elevator - that is what I used for my husband and luggage. I hate elevators..they scare me! This was a clean, smooth riding elevator. The hotel was spotlessly clean! There are several pictures mounted around other rooms and there was not a speck of dust anywhere. During the check-in, I asked if there was a luggage cart available. The young lady at the front desk stated she would have one at the elevator entrance after checking in - and by gosh, she did! The front desk was absolutely amazing and helpful! The fountain hadn't been running when we pulled up and I asked if it would be. Again, the amazing front desk lady told me to give her a few. True to her word, the fountain filled up and was soon showing the gorgeous heights it could reach! Be sure to go see the fountain at night..the lights on it are so pretty!! We stayed in room 213..the Colorado Frontier. Pictures don't do justice to being in the room! When you open the door, you see a full wall mural of a Colorado skyline complete with mountains, a lake, and forestry. Against the mural, is a table for two crafted of smooth logs. Stepping into the room, a beautiful oversized jacuzzi is to your left. The jacuzzi corner is stocked with fluffy towels and salon type shampoo and conditioner. There is a rock surround on the bottom outside of the jacuzzi that goes with the Colorado motif. That huge jacuzzi will double as a shower with the best water pressure ever! The shower curtains are tied up prettily in all four corners. My husband is an organ recipient and has a compromised immune system. I am very funny about cleanliness and germs. I hopped into the jacuzzi and was on all four..looking at the water output jets. There was no mold, no dust, no dirt, no hair..it was CLEAN! There is a boardwalk that spans the width of the room! From the jacuzzi, you look to your left and there are some cute gold mining decor pieces mounted on the wall and a large sized luggage holder. There is also plenty of open space for storing luggage and such. Looking to your right, at the other end of the boardwalk, is a door. Open that door and you have a fairly large space that contains the toilet and sink. The bathroom was immaculately clean. There were more fine toiletries, plastic cups, make up remover pads, a mounted hair dryer, tissues. The counter space was really good..it held all my make up stuff, hair stuff, toothbrushes, ect.. I am very happy with the space! Now, in the middle of the boardwalk, is a door with a carved in window. Open that door and it is breathtaking! Here is the bedroom! The first thing you see is the queen-sized bed made with logs! We are larger people (husband is 6'8"..!) and found the bed very, very comfortable! I want the mattress! It was soft, moldable, so comfy! Room 213 had an entire back wall of wrap around windows! SO pretty!! The left and back windows looked over trees and greenery. The windows to the right, looked over the back patio portion with gorgeous Edison lights/colored lights at night, umbrella topped tables and chairs..just a lovely area! We laid in bed and listened to music from the bar..looking at the lights..and loved it. It was all quiet before 10 PM. There is a cute little electric stove in the room! You can also sign rocks from a basket next to it! The robes are nice..very snuggly! The AC was cold..the refrigerator was cold..and there is a large standup fan that you can move wherever you want and use as you want! There is a quirk..there is not a microwave in the room! There is one in the lobby to use, but not in the room. There are several food options available..and the option for a good sized, decent-priced breakfast in bed. We are not fancy people. We don't have a lot of money..this was a splurge..and it was well worth it! We are saving to make another trip up to the Chateau! read more

The bathrobes are another fun item but they are not high quality. This is not a luxurious place to stay but it looks like it could have been nice 10 years ago. We stayed one night as a gift from a relative and stayed in the Monte Cristo room. The positives is that all the staff were nice and helpful as they could be. The place was generally clean but needs some "deeper cleaning" on overlooked areas. I think that their rooms need to just be redone to come into current times because the themes are just tacky and outdated. When they first opened it may have been kind of cool but now the decor looks old, dated and dusty. I don't know who thought putting the bathroom by the entrance door of the Monte Cristo room was a good idea... because the actual bedroom is on the second floor and in the middle of the night you have to walk down a winding sweeping staircase all the way through the main living area to the bathroom, which is a nightmare. The Jacuzzi was nice but whoever designed that must've designed the bathroom issue! Because the handle to turn the water on is far away from the tub and I feel like someone's going to get injured, even trying to keep testing the water temperature. When we turned down the sheets, there was a baby spider that ran out and the same thing happened when I turned the water on in the bathroom. The shower water smelled like rust. The room and the bathroom were generally clean, but they need to do some deep cleaning in the vents and on the fake plants and windowsills. Our relative had paid to have rose petals and chocolate covered strawberries when we entered the room. The bed was covered with fake dollar tree, looking pedals and they should've just bought one rose and actually put those petals on the bed. There were no strawberries and we had to go down and ask and they said, "Oh yeah we just give them to you when we ask" so that really kind of ruins the surprise for the guest. Also, I do not believe they would've ever given them to us if we would not have asked. When we did ask the strawberries were frozen and the chocolate was some cheap light colored milk chocolate. They said that happy hour at the bar was between four and eight so we went down and it was a very small bar that had cheesy decor and the chairs kept turning when we sat in them and the table was so light that you could almost tip it over. The bartender was nice and did make good drinks, but there was no music and the space was so small that it was just awkward sitting in there with just the bartender and another worker. They had the patio closed off at the bar for a future event. They have an outdoor very large permanent structure tent that was rented for a group and then they used the patio. We had a $25 credit for a breakfast and that was just okay. When I went to use the room phone to ask about the strawberries it did not work so I had to go downstairs and talk to her. In the Montecristo room there are tons of windows since it seems like it's made in a castle form and they all have curtains, but really the light spills through all the cracks so it's extremely light in the room and difficult to sleep and the bed was totally bouncy. We tried to turn the stereo on and only one speaker worked. We can only comment on that particular room maybe other rooms are completely fine?? I think it may be a good place to rent the outdoor building for an event and maybe their basic rooms if you are staying for the event. But the Monte Cristo room with the strawberries and fake rose petals and taxes came to $558 for one night. read more

Climbed onto the bed to turn on the ceiling fan. I travel for a living across the U.S. and Europe-hands down one of the worst rooms I've ever been in. Our guests loved the property and we ended up giving many tours to them so they could see our room (The Venetian). The manager was not helpful, my bed was broke and I had told them but was made stay in that room where I had to sleep sideways, I got no sleep. Customer service was unacceptable. My husband surprised me with our first 2 night stay away from our 10 month old daughter. The idea of this hotel is phenomenal and we were both so excited to spoil ourselves! Unfortunately, the entire experience was lacking. Every single surface of our room was covered in a thick layer of dust. Both window sills held dead bugs. The night stand had, what I hope, was old milk stains. The first morning we treated ourself to the in house breakfast. My $7 English muffin sandwich and his $13 French toast were both soggy and tasteless. McDonald's has a better breakfast for much less money. When we went to the front desk to discuss all of these problem we were told that "the only thing we can do is have management call you." She assured me that management would call no later than Tuesday. It's now been 3 weeks. For the price we paid per night, the entire experience was disappointing. We will never be back and will not recommend this place to friends. read more

What could be a beautiful hotel if there were decent maids and front desk personnel that knew how to do their job. I booked this hotel online and had a confirmation number for the room we'd reserved. We checked in and within 5 minutes of being in our room, my wife noticed the complimentary robes hanging in the room were wet, as though they had been recently used. Although that doesn't compare to the next shocker, a massive ball of long hair on the shower wall. My wife immediately called the front desk and reported it. The manager came down an comped us 2 free drinks at the bar, while she cleaned the hair up. My wife and I aren't drinkers, so the gesture wasn't much of a consultation. I happened to look at my phone while setting in the bar I didn't want to be in and I'd received a message from the hotel saying our original confirmed reservation was sold out and we were receiving an upgrade, a piece of information no one said a thing about to us. When we went to check out, I was again shocked again to learn that our bill was over $150 more that our confirmed room reservation was. I protested and was basically ignored. I paid the bill and frankly I never take the time to write a review. Until now, because this ordeal deserves to be posted on every travel website and hotel finder, to prevent this happening to anyone else. read more

I booked a very very last minute room here on Christmas night. I called plenty of hotels before calling the Chateau looking for a room with a jacuzzi. I thought that the Chateau would be out of my price range; it wasn't. I staying in the New York Penthouse... More like a SoHo studio. My fault, I should have looked at the rooms on their site first. I was offered a Standard room, The New York and The Serenghetti. Should have chose the last one. (Egypt room looks cool, too; don't know the price.) It was $209 well spent. I used the tub, then ordered room service. I had a tiramisu. Delicious! I then dressed up in the provided robe and had a mini spa night. I'm not sure what they are offering in the massage department due to covid, you'd have to ask. I didn't visit the Bar/Restaurant, so I don't have an opinion. I will be back soon! read more

I had ordered the classic romance package, showed up and didn't see the wine and strawberry's in the room, mentioned that to the front desk and they said they would fix that, fast forward to check out, I see that I was double charged for the package and mentioned that, they credited that back and said all is good, now 24 hours after check out I am getting charged again for the wine and strawberry's individually that were supposed to be included in the package, their receipt system is screwed and I don't think they actually even know what they are looking at, if you want to stay I wouldn't recommend getting any packages unless you want to pay multiple times and have to remind them. read more

From the time I booked this reservation, everything seemed to go wrong. I had to have my reservation agent get management involved as he could not figure out how to even send confirmation of my reservation. I thought I booked the Tahitian Treehouse but was unaware that there is a regular Tahitian room as well. So I didn't get the room I wanted. I opted to add the spa package for an additional $199. A week before my stay I called to inquire about the couple's massage (spa package) as no one directed me or inquired as to the booking. Well they only had one Massuesse on staff as the other was away on maternity leave, so I was told we couldn't have a couples massage, but rather two individual hour massages. I agreed as I had no other choice. The manager Christy was nice and said she would allow a later checkout due to the inconvenience. I was later texted and offered the couple's massages after all...together so that turned out ok. The spa package also included sparkling wine, which I finally had to ask for as they never offered it during our stay. Upon checkin was where the real problem arose. The room amenities included robes for in room use. I grabbed a robe and put it on, only to discover a very large blood stain in the groin area of the robe. It appeared as if it had been washed, but nonetheless made me want to vomit. Upon bringing this matter to the attention of the front desk, they offered $50 off the room and provided a new robe. I don't feel that this was enough for everything I experienced. The room was convenient to Legends and the airport, but I will not stay again and would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

This was our first time staying here. We were in the Venetian-style room. The architecture was intriguing. The 2-person jacuzzi was functioning with led lights. I would recommend this place, but make sure you research the type of room that you want. There are many different themed rooms. The breakfast in bed offerings are low quality foods, but are reasonably priced. We really enjoyed the electric fireplace. The bathroom was very basic and did not seem to match the rest of the suite. We stayed here for a Ladies Spiritual Retreat. The Women of Faith Conference was cancelled, but we still came and spent time in devotional study and prayer for our country. The room, the service, the spa, and the food were impeccable. When we asked for anything , from a bottle opener to extra chairs, the staff was QUICK to respond and graciously met any of our needs. Don't waste your money here. My husband and I stayed over Labor Day Weekend. The place was scarce, but the bar was only open from 4pm to 8pm with no shuttle service running on Sunday as advertised. When we arrive at the bar, there was no one there. Finally, someone showed up at 4:15 playing hip hop music. We were told "most people" sit outside. The bar was hot, and there was no A/C running in that area. Our room was a joke. We stayed in the Tahitian Treehouse. The carpet was filthy, and we used our black light to see all of the urine/feces/semen stains that were all over the place. The tub was not at all big enough for two, and one of the jetted buttons did not function. There was no Wi-fi in the room as advertised (it was so weak you could barely get a signal). There are like 20 steps up to your bed (double bed, not queen as advertised), and you have to crawl over the bed to get on on, since there is only one side you can get on the bed from. The light switch upstairs has a broken dimmer, so it's either super bright or nothing. The food for breakfast was subpar, and I think Denny's would have even been better and cheaper. The bed was so squeaky you could barely move on it, let alone sleep. When I confronted the manager, Olga, regarding all of this, she was very argumentative, and challenged me on every aspect of complaint - even calling me a liar. I had to practically beg for a reimbursement of any kind, and she refused to provide me with the owner's name or number to leave additional complaints. We have stayed in many hotels, and this is by far the worst one ever. Even the massage services were mediocre and unprofessional. read more

After wanting to stay at this hotel for multiple years i finally convinced my husband to bring me for my birthday. Sadly our room did not live up to expectations. First for the Good...very clean, beautiful outside appearance, close to the legends center but far enough to be quiet with safe parking, good reasonably priced in room breakfast, and comfy beds. The absolute best part was their in house bar with the most friendly, charismatic, and fun bartender I've had the pleasure of meeting named Pat. Now for the not so great... when we fist walked into our room it had a slight mildew smell (not enough for us to run for the hills but noticeably there, we found out after booking that they were running a first responders month discount ( not mentioned on the website anywhere and the only way you would know is being on a text list which is poor advertising), the rooms are smaller than expected with a all or nothing choice for lights with both the shower/jacuzzi and the bed, after we got into the hottub the mildew smell mentioned earlier became overwhelming as we discovered the origin was the curtains around the hottub ( late enough we didnt want to try a new room and when we mentioned it to the front desk in the morning we were told they'd add it to their list, no apology for the inconvience or anything)... also be prepared for noises resulting from thin walls. This didn't meet my expectations as a "luxury hotel" and for the cost and service it left me feeling sadly underwhelmed. read more

VASTLY DIFFERENT But not for the better. The room We Initially booked the Egyptian room, but it had a musty / mildew odor. The concierge quickly moved us to a new room the Mayan rain forest. This room has problems too. The air conditioning does not work. The wall paper is peeling off the walls. It's sad, this place has such great potential. Add to all the strikes against it thus far, we specifically came up for our anniversary, and to go to the de Nile club. The wife wanted a chocolate martini. Strike 3. The club was closed because there was only 3 guests booked. Edit The breakfast arrived. ( the kitchen staff was great, very accommodating), however, needed to call about an issue. And the room phone doesn't work either. Other than that, breakfast was ok. The coffee is quite good, the hot chocolate was very good. Arrived at the perfect temperature. The avacodo toast arrived well complimented with tomatoes and sliced eggs. The scrambled eggs were real eggs but arrived not hot, the sausage was not prepared as requested, but was corrected as quickly as possible. Again, I think the kitchen staff was very good and very accommodating. Overall The room, was disappointing. Numerous issues. But, it's a very niche experience, and with a little imagination, a good stay. read more

The Chateau Avalon is a gorgeous hotel that is modeled after real chateaus in Europe. It has tons of themed rooms, from 'Tahitian' to the Mayan Rain Forest (plus 'regular' rooms as well). There are also great banquet and meeting facilities for that special occasion- a wedding, anniversary party, work party, etc. I came here for a party, and it was breathtaking! I want to get married here- it is so romantic. Who wouldn't want to get married in a Chateau? They also have a lot of cute 'romance' packages and add-ons for those couples who are spending the weekend or night here to celebrate a special event. I've gathered that most of the people who stay here are couples- at least that is what the Chateau is mainly catering to. This is definitely a great idea for a surprise weekend getaway! read more

We really enjoyed our stay in the pirate room. The room was nice sized and the bed was comfy. The tub was awesome, just a little difficult shape that made it tough to climb in and out. The breakfast was really good and you get to choose from several options. They also have their own Roasterie blend coffee and cookies in the lobby. Close to shopping, etc. It makes a really fun getaway! Expedia seems to have good prices, but they also run specials on Facebook. read more

We stayed in Lincoln's room, very small compared to the online pictures, the ceiling in room 126 looked as if had some type of previous water damage, the base boards needed to be updated, the bed was very uncomfortable, the head board was covered in dust, the TV is very small and was not able to be viewed in the sitting area only from the bed due to the large 4 post bed, and dropped something under the bed and wow!! There was hair clips old rose petals and some other items that had never been cleand up! So my opinion for almost 300.00 this could of been a much better experience. The person who came to replace made a big show about not wanting to touch it... how about customer service and realize we were disgusted?? Then the room temperature continued to climb higher and higher. They even had a cheap fan by the bed, so they knew it was hot in there. Not the birthday celebration we envisioned. Ok first I would like to say that my wife and I just stayed at The Chateau Avalon for the 3rd time in the last 15 years. The first 2 times were great stays with no real issues. The last time we stayed was on December 15 of this year. My wife and I were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary. We chose to stay in the Presidential Room. Upon arrival we immediately noticed that the tiles for the drop ceiling in the bathroom had been taken out revealing the duct work right above the 2 sinks. The jets in the jacuzzi seemed to be clogged and weren't operating like they should in my opinion. The tub itself was filthy there were long hairs and glitter beads in and around the tub. The standing fan in front of the bed looked as though it had never been cleaned. Completely caked with dust on both sides. The top of the four post king bed also looked like it had never ever been cleaned. I attempted to reach out via email to the hotel and only received a message saying I had been added to their mailing list but never any kind of response to my complaints. Never saw staff other than when we first checked in. Unsure about future stays here. read more

There was rose petals on the bed with a beautiful rose and a champagne bottle & at night my husband got me chocolate covered strawberries I did NOT want to leave the room because it was really an Egyptian palace. This was my first and last time going to Chateau Avalon. First, I was in awe as we drove up. The outside of the property is stunning. I was very excited. And that was the best part of the trip. Next, the snow was piled so high from the circle drive to the sidewalk I wasn't able to get out at the circle drive, we had to park and walk through the parking lot to get to the sidewalk. Not such a big deal, we've had a lot of snow this winter, but it just added to the down side of this trip. As we were checking in, multiple other guests called because they didn't get the items they ordered delivered on time. Since we had ordered chocolate covered strawberries I made sure to remind the front desk clerk that we needed ours too. As we made our way to our room, we opened the door and the very first thing we see is that the room needs to be painted. I could've taken many pictures of chipped paint and worn down items in the room, but only took one as I was not there to nit pick. The only reason I took the first picture is because my boyfriend left the room to go get keys to another room, more on that in a bit... Besides the much needed TLC, the room was actually quite cool. We stayed in the Buckingham. You walk into a library, and the bedroom is behind a secret door in the book shelves, very nice touch. The bedroom portion was actually quite large, although really needed a paint job! We then filled up our large Jacuzzi tub. Neither the jets nor the lights worked. BIG bummer! The front desk offered to move us to a bigger room. We gather our things, I go to put on a robe to move rooms. One robe is nice. The other robe is ratty, see picture. We are upgraded to a "bigger" room, the Venetian. The room is in no way bigger. The bed is a king instead of a queen, but the room itself, and the Jacuzzi tub is smaller. Also, the scent in the room is so strong and over powering it gives me a headache & makes me nauseated, which is not great to be during what's supposed to be a romantic evening. OK, we're going to make the best of things and try to fill up the smaller, did I mention it's a smaller tub, tub... NO HOT WATER! In addition, there was obviously a leak from the tub because the wall was bubbling and the carpet was moldy, see pictures. Once the odor of the room gets to be too much I call the front desk. They don't have another room to move us to. They suggest we give both the odor and hot water 30 minutes. They blamed the hot water on the amount of guests they had that were all filling their tubs at the same time. In my opinion, a place like that should be able to fill every tub they have at the same time and still have enough hot water. The Jacuzzi tub is a selling feature of the rooms. We make it through the night and go to check out. They charged us for the upgraded room. When we explained to the morning clerk what happened she credited us, so we thought. Yesterday was our 2nd call to Chateau Avalon to try and rectify the bill. The charges posted to our account, even though we were promised they wouldn't. Now we're supposed to wait until Friday to see if they come off. I am extremely surprised by the lack of quality of the rooms. It is not cheap to stay there. I feel it should be worth the money. Chateau Avalon Don't pass up the opportunity to have a very unique romantic get away! Sit back with your favorite drink and relax, this is not a short "great place, will go back" type of review! My husband and I have had the pleasure of staying at Chateau Avalon 3 times now, in a selection of different rooms. In 2018 we stayed in a classic room called Hemingway, in 2019 we came back and stayed in the adventure room Castaway Isle, and in 2020 we stayed in another Adventure room Pirates Cove. I am just now writing a review because I like to stay somewhere a couple of times to really get the feel for a place. All 3 experiences have been nearly the same with a few differences I will point out later. The staff there are absolutely the most pleasant and friendly you can come across, from the front desk to the maintenance! We noticed some changes had been made since we visited last time that made this stay even better than the last. New beds were put in the rooms, which are very comfy. Previously the rooms had no fridge/microwave/coffee pot in them, now they have the fridge and are making plans to add the coffee pot/microwave! The last two stays, we visited the hotel bar called "d'Nile" and the bartender Pat. I am old enough, loud packed clubs are no longer enjoyable to me. I want good music I can still talk to others over, good drinks at reasonable prices and friendly staff. While d'Nile is open to the public, the atmosphere is more like friends getting together than strangers sitting, each at their own table. Pat has truly turned this place into my favorite KC bar! His drink concoctions are really good, he made one with coconut (which I don't actually care for) and I loved it. He knows how to work a crowd and quickly gets everyone visiting with one another and really enjoying their time there. His wife, Marikate, assists with the duties and is every bit as wonderful a person as Pat. They both put every effort into ensuring you have a truly wonderful experience. This stay, we chose to include a couples Swedish massage. This was an excellent decision as we had a great experience. Our Massage therapists were Emily and Albert. They were both extremely friendly, courteous and professional! They asked for our problem areas and completely worked those over, leaving us feeling so much better and completely relaxed. This is just another service that Chateau Avalon offers that we will be using again when we return. read more

We stayed here to celebrate a birthday. I will say my favorite part was Pat in the bar, go see him, he's friendly and makes the night! Our room was nice , I do think it needs updated , but everything worked. The tv and some decor were dusty, and could be cleaner, but overall okay. We stayed in the Mayan rainforest, so it would be nice to stay somewhere else if we came back! Loved the tub! read more

This was the only place I could get a room when I had to come into town last minute. It was essentially a Motel 6 with theme rooms, except I think the Motel 6 would be nicer. The front steps are annoying to go up when you have luggage and there is no ramp or obvious signs pointing you to an alternative option. The stairs are also crumbling in parts and need to be repaired. The rooms are themed, but there are none of the things you come to expect in any hotel or motel...no coffee pot, no iron, no dresser, no clock. The rooms look, if not dirty, at least warn down. The caulk on the tub is cracked all over, the walls are dinged and need repainting, the bathroom is a sink and a toilet and you have a jet tub (nobody wants to get in a jet tub in a hotel room that looks dirty) with a shower head next to your bed as your bathing options. Then, the bar was right next to my room and it wasn't loud because no one was there, but it smelled like dirty bar mats--for those of you who have ever worked in a bar or restaurant, you know what I'm talking about. The only thing that was loud was the music they pipe in all day outside the hotel that you can hear through the windows. So no napping. And then at 11 at night when it was still playing, I tried to call the front desk from my room, no answer. Called the external line from the room phone, no answer. Called the external line from my cell phone, no answer. Called again, no answer. Put on my shoes with my pajamas and walked to the front desk where someone was there to ask them about the music which apparently they forgot to turn off. They did not receive my calls they said. So as one of the other reviewers mentioned, the room phones don't work. Seriously. I really could not have been less impressed by this place, and my expectations weren't high as I just needed a bed to stay in for a last minute trip. I can't imagine how annoyed I would have been if I had paid full price or planned to go here for a special occasion. Save your money and stay somewhere else. Truly, anywhere else would be better. read more
