I love this store! It is a wonderful place to shop for gifts. The products are high quality and I received the best customer service.

DO NOT GO HERE! A…read morefew days ago my girlfriend and I visited this store before our Squire lunch date... we bought two charms for my girlfriend's pandora bracelet. The blonde worker outside selling charms told us to go inside to pay for the 2 charms and she will put them on (also told us to trust her, "we don't lose anyone's charms, people tend to trust us")... long story short, we are sent away with 1 of the 2 charms we purchased... AND MISSING A 60 DOLLAR PANDORA "H" CHARM! Ridiculous, the first thing the worker says was "I gave it to you... it was on the bracelet"... clearly not considering we didn't even get the one we purchased here, and we are missing an expensive one that held sentimental value to her. They dilly dallied for 10 minutes before I asked for the manager. The manager was kind enough to give me 50 dollars worth of dollar store charms. Not nearly enough to replace what was so IGNORANTLY lost. Not sure if he was stolen as many peoples names start with the letter "H"... no clue what happened. Let our experience tell you everything you should know about this place. A what should have been 2 minute trip turned into a 45 minute nightmare on our short lived vacation. I'd leave 0 stars if I could!

The first place I go to shop when I get here is Sundance in Chatham! LOVE LOVE LOVE the unique clothing, the colors, the layout - by color, which is how my brain works! - the music (happy and upbeat!), the value (some expensive clothing but well-made and one-of-a-kind) but mostly the the people who work there!! I've been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time, Deb was ON IT! Welcomed me, chatted, helped me find what I liked, set me up in a dressing room, checked in on me...when I couldn't decide between 2 sweaters, she gave me the advice I needed to make the right purchase! Today when I visited, Deb was there again but with Jess. Jess was SOOOOO engaging (not to mention HILARIOUS!), helpful, kind...I mean, a store with clothes is just a store but a store with unique fun clothing and even more, people who love their work and clearly like people is an EXPERIENCE you don't want to miss! THANK YOU, Deb and Jess and Sundance - I'll be back!

Cute place with tons of new pattern bags and sacks made out of old sails. You can bring in your old sails and they will trade them for a bag or you can have one made out of your own sail. Fun place. Nice employees. Kinda expensive, but it is what it is. Good quality.

When I received the bag, it was not the one I ordered. It took more than a week for me to even get a hold of someone at customer service so I could get the bag I ordered. fast-forward eight months later and the strap on my bag is coming unraveled. Another week of emailing filling out a form and multiple phone calls to customer service to get my bag repaired. I spent $265 on a bag and the strap started falling apart before I have had it for a year. Bag has had minimal use and has been properly taken care of. Repair was free, which I honestly expected it should be at that price point and for the problems I have had with it. Company expects me to pay shipping back-and-forth so after $265 I have to pay another $30 for shipping! Before they would agree to take the bag back, I had to pre-pay for shipping plus tax. Why on earth am I paying tax on shipping? The gal on the phone told me it was only a couple of dollars but this is not the point! You're not paying tax on shipping why am I? I feel this bag should have been repaired and shipping should have been covered by the company. The bag strap fell apart, which had nothing to do with overuse or misuse. It was a defect! At this point, I either pay $30 to have the bag repaired or go without the bag. Customer service is terrible and at this point, someone should be answering the phone!.
