He told me that it would cost 900 or more to fix my refrigerator because it's a Samsung with a motherboard. He only had a few minutes because he had a Dr's appointment in a few minutes. He charged me almost 140.00 for No service He didn't check to see if it needed to be gased up. It was a slick form of robbery just for coming out.

After taking off the kick plate and resetting the control board we were charged $120. So I guess nothing is included in the service call. We were charged extra for less than 5 minutes of work. That did not work and we were told that the repairs would cost more than a new unit. Well, before buying a new unit, I decided I would take a stab. Pulled the unit out of the cabinet and checked all the connections I could reach. Had the unit working in less than 15 minutes. I have ZERO knowledge or experience working on electronics or appliances. Mr. Appliance is lazy and incompetent. You are better off watching a youtube video and taking care of it yourself. After reading other reviews, it seems a big part of their business plan is spending 5 minutes on $99 service calls and not doing any work.

Jerry,the owner,called at 7 AM and I asked if could call back later as we were still asleep. He hung up on me. I called him back an hour later and told him my husband worked 2nd and that's Why I asked him to call back. He told me to find somebody else to fix my washer and hung up on me again. I called him back and he wouldn't answer. He lied to whoever he spoke with at the place of purchase and told them I cursed him out for calling that early. They told me that wasn't the first complaint they've had about him and that he owns the company and doesn't have to answer to anyone. They also said he's a good repairman. That being said I don't care how good he is I will not let someone that treats his customers like that anywhere near my home. Though we rarely have to call upon them, whenever we have called upon them, they have always promptly responded to assess the problem, and have then worked with our schedule to return to make repairs if parts had to be ordered. Recently, one of their employees has been ill for an extended period of time. Rather than just hire "anyone" to take care of their customers' appliances, the owner has taken care of genuine emergencies first, and then everyone else as best he and the remaining staff can. We certainly appreciated knowing that the short wait we had meant we would have a highly quailified technician repair our Miele appliance.!
