The first time the guy came out he said no power - it was unplugged because I used the shop vac to get the dirty water out so it wouldn't smell. However, in August of last year we had a service call, they came out and fixed the washer, we paid our bill and that was that. Fast forward to November, I see a charge of $176 on my bank statement from signature appliance. I simply called to inquire why this was, after a couple calls and leaving messages with an assistant, I was finally able to soak with someone higher up who informed me that this was simply an outstanding balance and was finally processed due to end of year book closings. I informed them that this was the same charge I had paid for our last interaction back in August and I felt this was a duplicate. I was told they would look into this and ensure it wasn't made in error. Since then I have continued to call, leave messages and nothing else has been said. I now sit here months later with no answers and feeling rather robbed. This business is not practicing in good faith to their customers and have failed to provide any explanation as to why I would be charged months later for services I've already paid for at the time of the appointment.

Pulled the unit out of the cabinet and checked all the connections I could reach. Had the unit working in less than 15 minutes. I have ZERO knowledge or experience working on electronics or appliances. Mr. Appliance is lazy and incompetent. You are better off watching a youtube video and taking care of it yourself. After reading other reviews, it seems a big part of their business plan is spending 5 minutes on $99 service calls and not doing any work.
