Warning: Avoid This Company at All Costs Let me save you some time, money, and frustration -- do not trust this company with your appliances. At first, Larry seemed great. Showed up on time, acted professional. But looks can be deceiving. They "repaired" my fridge, charged me, and left. Problem is... the fridge was never fixed. It never came down to temperature. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and called to let them know. They told me they'd either send the tech back out or issue a refund. Fair enough -- or so I thought. April told me a refund check would be sent in the next few days. That never happened. I followed up a week later -- she said it was in the mail. Days go by... still nothing. I followed up again and offered to come pick it up myself. She admitted it hadn't even been cut yet and that her manager would take care of it Monday. Come Monday, I get a call -- not with a solution, but with a slap in the face. The manager tells me they won't be issuing a refund because the work isn't guaranteed. Let me get this straight: you charge me for a repair that doesn't fix the problem, make multiple promises to refund me, then pull the rug out and say I'm out of luck? That's not just bad service -- that's dishonest and shady business. Period. read more

We have had signature appliance service our home several times over the past years and each time was met with great customer service and timeliness of repairs. However, in August of last year we had a service call, they came out and fixed the washer, we paid our bill and that was that. Fast forward to November, I see a charge of $176 on my bank statement from signature appliance. I simply called to inquire why this was, after a couple calls and leaving messages with an assistant, I was finally able to soak with someone higher up who informed me that this was simply an outstanding balance and was finally processed due to end of year book closings. I informed them that this was the same charge I had paid for our last interaction back in August and I felt this was a duplicate. I was told they would look into this and ensure it wasn't made in error. Since then I have continued to call, leave messages and nothing else has been said. I now sit here months later with no answers and feeling rather robbed. This business is not practicing in good faith to their customers and have failed to provide any explanation as to why I would be charged months later for services I've already paid for at the time of the appointment. read more

These guys could not fix a broken ice maker in a GE refrigerator. They sent 4 different techs out on 5 different occasions - each with a different reason why it was broken. Each "repair" made the icemaker worse. We also needed to be home at an inconvenient 4hr window. After 5 tries, we were done, and they left it just leaking water that would end up as a block of ice in the tray. It started out just not making ice, so we were actually worse off at the end of the day. They did refund us the money, but kept the service call fee. I think icemakers should be very, very basic. read more

If I could rate 0 stars i would. 1st time the tech Tommy shows up to my house barely says 3 words, fixes the issue and leaves. Second time he sits in my driveway for 10 minutes, finally knocks on the door says "I have to order a part will be back next week" WITHOUT LOOKING AT MY DRYER and leaves. He writes a note stating i told him false information to get out of fixing my dryer for a second time. Claims he has audio recording of me saying false things, once called out obviously he has no recording. Not only is it illegal to record me in my own home without telling me, but also lying on my name to get out of the job you are paid to do. The worst company, couldn't even give me a call back to address this issue. Do not use this company, wish we looked at the horrible rating it already has. read more

Our washer and dryer have been making weird noises over the last few weeks. We called Signature Appliance. They were on time and professional. The repair was fixed quickly and their prices were affordable. They took time to explain the simple repairs they were making, and what we should expect in the future. I've had the worst experience with signature appliance! The guy never showed up. He called my phone twice at 0820. I called back at 0823 and texted . I didn't get anything back. I get a call from the office approximately 30 min later and spoke with Pam who decided to take the word of the guy who didn't show up at my place. She argued with me saying that he showed up at the right place. I kept telling her that my kids were on the porch the entire time and I was just taking out the trash. I did not see anyone at my house. He might have showed up at the wrong house. Anyway, we have house numbers on the house so I don't know how he will miss that. Pam was very argumentative when I told her that I pulled everything out of the fridge waiting for him to come. She told me that the best she could do is to get us an appointment tomorrow. I said that it is not okay because it is hard for me to empty the fridge with 3 little kids crying and screaming. I told her that they need to hire competent people. She told me to call someone else. I want nothing to do with this company! I will give them a review on every site that I can find. read more

we've had them service our Viking microwave & fisher & Paykal dishwasher. So sorry I called them after they never fixed the microwave correctly! after paying for both to be fixed + parts still neither work! They told me they would come back but haven't heard from them! Don't use this company! They had a different repair tech out every time & the diagnosis was always different! We spent enough $ on repairing appliances that we could've bought new appliance! read more

Raul was a little later than I expected. Supposed to be here by 1 but was an hour late. However for Xmas eve I understand it may have been difficult. He did a wonderful job getting our washer back up and running. The price is probably comparable with everyone else. This company was the only one to return my call. If I have a problem again I will call them first. read more

Started a warranty repair assigned by a home warranty company. Made the initial visit and stated they were ordering parts. One week later had not heard a word from them. Called and they informed us they would no longer work for warranty company. Never notified us. Should not be allowed to stop mid-repair. read more

Called and they were very helpful in working us in same day. Randy came out and had the machine fixed in about an hour. Very professional and helpful. I've used Signature appliance twice in at the past two years. The 1st time I used them was to fix my out door refrigerator and micro wave. The repair on my refrigerator cost me over $375.73 and did not last over 3 months. They returned to make the repairs again and left the refrigerator unplugged in the outdoor kitchen area w/o making any comment or discussion. I assumed the repairs were completed & I could not figure out why the unit was not working properly! When I pulled the refrigerator from the wall I noticed the repairman Larry had not bothered plugging the unit into the wall plug. I plugged the refrigerator into the plug & noticed it still did not power on. I've called the office several times and they have not returned my repeated efforts in contacting them for a resolution! We called Signature rep fix the Microwave portion of our combined unit. The first repairman failed to diagnose the actual problem And just replaced the fuse. Also while putting it back together He was more interested in talking on his phone than paying attention to what he was doing. He then proceedefd to drill the screws in too far into the control panel and cracked it. The microwave only worked for a couple of day. Next time it blew the fuse it took a couple of circuit panels with it and when a service manager came out the repair was now $1200 for a microwave. since it is a combine unit the true cost it $3500 to replace the entire unit. Poor initial diagnosis is cost us $3509. I have had a 2nd service come out to check and they confirmed what has happened. This is my experience and I realize it is hard to find good folks. We used them from thelier previous good reviews. Just be sure then send out someone with some diagnostic abilities. read more

4 stars because I haven't had time to see if the solution will last. I found them on HomeAdvisor and they called me and sent someone over right away. My dryer thermometer had blown out so there was no heat when you turned it on. Larry fixed it with no problems and was gone in about 45 minutes. It was expensive, but I have nothing to compare the price to so it might be a good price for that service. read more

Had an issue with the company honoring the repair estimate. First technician said that the estimate included tax, but then the final bill from the return (second) technician had tax added on, which went against the first technician's word. First technician got called, and he would not admit to what he estimated, and then I said I would call the office. Then the second technician told me that the boss is the first technician, and the office would just refer me to the boss. Eventually they honored their word and the written estimate, but the payment experience was a poor one. Second technician was not at fault; I felt mislead by boss/first technician. I doubt we will use them again due to this issue. It's a shame because otherwise the repair went well. But if I can't trust them with an estimate, it sours the whole experience. read more

I called at 11:30 and was able to schedule a technician between 12-2pm. Pretty quick and responsive service. He showed up at 12:30 and was helpful and courteous. The repair is warranted for 2 years. Larry was great. FIVE stars! read more

This is a great company. they came out when they said they were going to. The gentleman was kind, honest, and very reasonable with his prices. He told me what was wrong with it and that to fix all that it's better to just replace the washer. I was thankful for not having to dish out a lot of money just to get it looked at and an honest opinion. Highly recommend. read more

Be careful of this business, they want money upfront and won't refund your money when you return incorrect parts they sell you. They have a little dump in North Georgia but use a PO box in Apison ,Tn. I'm only out $58 but it's the principal of the matter! Thieves!!! read more

When I tried to call about the problem not being fixed from the appointment, it took four attempts to talk to someone about the problem. At first, they stated a part was ordered which I was not aware of, and turned out to be false. Then they stated they could not speak to me yet because they needed to talk to the technician because they could not read his handwriting on the form. I had to continue to call back, they did not call me back with an answer as promised. Not only that, but I was charged $80 to reposition the gasket on my refrigerator which means he charged $80 to take off the seal and run it under hot water and put it back. Needless to say, the problem is not fixed. I would not recommend this company. I will be going a different direction. read more
