We ordered Reuben combo with pastrami and corned beef with a side of macaroni and cheese and we also ordered a side of the cornbread casserole just because it's something unique and different to try. As for the sandwich we both enjoyed it although it's a little smoky Mac & cheese is okay. It definitely could use green onions on top to dress it And the cornbread casserole is a homemade cornbread that's soft with like a kind of cream filling and loaded with corn it was my least favorite We also ordered a couple old-fashioned. Unfortunately, they were completely ignored from the moment they sat down. After waiting about 10 minutes, my mother went to the restroom. When she returned, she asked my daughter if anyone had come to the table -- no one had. They waited another 10 minutes after that. Still, not a single employee approached them. No water, no menus, no acknowledgment -- absolutely nothing. Meanwhile, other tables were being served around them. The lack of service, the blatant disregard, and the feeling of being unwelcome can't be chalked up to a "busy shift." It felt discriminatory. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. No one should be made to feel invisible when they're simply trying to enjoy a meal. IHOP needs to address this location's standards -- or lack thereof -- immediately.
