The Chatty Pizzeria is located in Bay Village, across the street from Huntington Beach. We spent a few hours at the beach and then went across the street to the pizzeria since they open at 4pm. It's me again, visiting on another pizza week. Haha! For starters, they've added more seating! They have entire room in the back/side now! We came in on a Wednesday evening at dinner time and there was no wait at all. We were seated at a high top by the kitchen area, which I thought was fun seeing all the employees making pizzas. The employees also seemed happy, like they enjoyed each others company. So that was really nice to see too. I remember loving the cheesy bread so much last time, but it wasn't as good as I remembered. Still good though! And our waitress was nice enough to heat up our sauce for us ! I had the lovely experience coming here for the first time during one of the BayArts outdoor concerts, they had nice seating, both indoors and outdoors (front and back of building) we sat outside and got three pizzas which were all very very delicious, I love that the pepperonis were the little ones, the sauce was really good and you can definitely taste the freshness of the dough (it had that really rich pizza oven taste) Our server was very kind, super attentive and when it was just sprinkling not even raining he was very ready to help us move all our stuff to an indoor table. The last 2 pizzas have been burned black. When the cook pulled the pizza out of the oven he would have to been blind not to notice. Likewise the girl checking the box contents did not notice the blackened crust and contents. How such a poor product could pass as good is beyond comprehension. This is my favorite place anymore! I can't get over how kind the servers are every time we have gone, the food is phenomenal, and you can't beat the atmosphere. Great price for a group of us all to eat, and options for all tastes. Good spot for out of towners so you can take them to Huntington right after. This place came highly recommended so we decided to check it out with a friend visiting from out of town. It was a Saturday night and very busy. It was a 45 minute wait when we walked up but we were offered a small table inside immediately for some reason. So, that was nice. The atmosphere inside was fine. A cute mural and just one other table was set up. We started with meatballs and a burrata salad, they were brought out pretty quickly and were both pretty good. Our pizza took over an hour to make and we were watching all the pizzas come out of oven so it was a little disheartening when the pizza from the back that came out more charred than the others was ours. We did say something to our waitress about it but she just shrugged and basically told us we would have to wait at the end of the queue if we wanted it remade. So, we took our burnt pizza. I guess it was fine but the leftover slices I had for lunch today just tasted like ash. So, meh. And the service was really not great. In fact, the restaurant called my phone while we were seated because they hadn't removed us from the list and when my friend got up to let the hostess know our waitress became visibly upset. If she had been checking on us during our hour wait, we could have told her but I guess she was busy watching our movements from afar. Too bad she never noticed our empty drinking glasses either... Visited Chatty's during Cleveland Pizza week, and loved that they offered both regular and gluten free pizza crust! While I didn't care for the pizza that was on the pizza week menu, the drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was so fun. We stopped in during a trip to see the Rock and roll Hall of Fame, and our hostess greeting us with a warm smile. She's from SC originally, so she asked where we are from (our accents gave us away). Everyone's food coming out looked delicious but overall our meal and service underwhelmed. We went on a Saturday night and had to wait about a half an hour. Ordered a small salad, meatball sandwich and pizza. The salad came out and was very spicy. After waiting about 10 to 15 minutes our waiter came back. I asked if the salad was supposed to be like that she said no. I said we could not eat it because it was too spicy. She did not offer to remake or pick another option. The meatball sub had little cheese and lots of pesto. The pizza had good crust but overall was bland. The patio is also dog friendly and the table next to ours had a dog that would aggressively bark at other dogs that walked by. Yum! I was lucky enough to have two of the best pizzas in Cleveland I have had in a WHILE the past few weeks and Chatty's was one of them. My husband and I were in the area and put a pick up order in. We were lucky with our timing beating the dinner rush and the staff could not have been more welcoming and knowledgable. They explained their menu and were super helpful!!! After a quick 25 minutes our order was ready and took it over to Huntington beach. The location of this place is even as wonderful as the pizza. Food was really good. We got the pizza, sweet meats. Was a nice balance of flavors and the spicy honey really elevated this one. Server Hunter was really trying to be on it. Was super busy and he did a good job. Ambiance was a really cool vibe. We set in the newer constructed garage area. Was a nice day so was a beautiful outside sitting area. After hearing all of the reviews, I ventured out to Chatty's on a Friday night. It was crazy busy. A table was a 1 hour and 45 minute wait and take was over 2 hours. Needless to say I didn't stay. So I tried again this Friday. I felt like an old timer, but got there at 4:30pm and low and behold it was pretty empty. We ordered Chatty's pizza on grandma crust and the tomato basil on the NYC. Tomato basil pizza was pretty basic and the dough lacked flavor. Very minimal sauce and very few tomato slices made die a bland pizza The Chatty's on the grandma crust tasted a lot better. We rented one of their igloos for a date night out and we had so much fun! Our daughter is immune compromised right now so this was the perfect way to get out but stay safe. The igloo was very warm and cozy and decorated with lights. We ordered the burrata salad, butternut squash soup and the BFF pizza. The food was all so delicious and we were stuffed by the end! We also enjoyed a bottle of wine that was on special. I can't wait to come back again! They had 3 igloos all together and we went early on a Tuesday so basically were the only people outside. Food was great. The meatballs were truly the best I've had. The sauce is slightly spicy but only enough to give it some good flavor. It was seasoned well. You can add burrata cheese which we did. Truly decadent. The gluten free crust was pretty decent. If you get the NY crust, it is very hard to cut with a knife so prepare to just dive in! The sauce used on the pizza is complex and has many layers of flavor to it. My boyfriend loved the pizza so much he nearly ordered another to take home. Service was friendly and attentive. We were pleasantly surprised that they had a special menu yesterday that included Prime Rib and Chicken Marsala. We are trying to avoid carbs and we thoroughly enjoyed the Prime Rib. After my sister and brother-in-law moved to Bay Village last year, I had been wanting to try Chatty's. They had been a few times and highly recommended it. They took me here on my most recent trip to CLE. Even thought it was summer, we were unfortunately not able to sit outside due to a thunderstorm. But luckily, we were sat inside after a 10-15 min wait. We ordered the House salad to share and it was very good! It was the perfect amount to split between three people. They opted for the Tomato Basil (NYC style) pizza while I went for the Grandma's style of a classic cheese pizza. The Grandma's style can best be described as Detroit style pizza-- more dough than anything else. I actually ended up preferring the NYC style pizza. The grandma's is just really doughy, even though I asked for extra sauce. I also ordered a glass of Angeline Cabernet which was very good! Service is really not that great here. Very bare minimum service and they don't check in on you for quite some time once you have your food. They also are not the friendliest. Given the familial vibe of Chatty's, I was expecting more. All told, I would give it another shot. Will be great to dine out on the patio sometime next summer! read more

The food was so good! My family LOVES pizza, so we are always up for trying a new place. The convenience of this being right at Huntington Beach really ended our day at the beach on a high note. We ordered a pizza with burrata on top of it and another with hot honey. It was an adventurous choice that turned out so great! My child is autistic and has a limited diet. I have been eyeing this place since I first signed up my son at BayArts and we finally got a chance to try it today. As much as I really wanted to give this place 5 stars because the food was honestly delicious, the service ruined it. When we arrived they were busy but nothing too crazy. We were told 30 minute wait so we got on the waitlist, we were seated in about 15-20 minutes. We got served water/drinks immediately and waitress started off good. We got in our order of meatballs, pretzel and our pizza. Appetizers came pretty quickly and pretzel was pretty good as it was served with their pizza sauce, meatballs were probably 4 out of 5. After that, our waitress barely came around, it took 50 minutes to get our one pizza out and at no point did anyone come and check in on us, no explanation on why our pizza took so long, no water/drink refills and we couldn't even get our waitresses attention to ask about our pizza. After about 40 minutes we finally got her attention and she told us just a couple more minutes for our pizza, which was more like 10 minutes. Once it finally arrived, it was truly delicious...we got the New York style with pepperoni and bacon. I loved the thin, crispy crust...it had a hint of sweetness to it that made it that much better. They seemed pretty well staffed in both kitchen and restaurant so not sure why it took so long and why we never got drink refills. The place itself is super cute, nestled within the metro parks and offer both a nice indoor/outdoor experience. We went on a Tuesday so we assumed it would be a bit quicker. Added touch for pet owners, you can bring your dog if you sit outside, they do have dog bowls out for our furry friends. They have a really nice eating area for date night too. We may have to take advantage of the wonderful atmosphere for our next trip. Upon the recommendation of a west side local, my friend and I went to Chatty's Pizzeria recently. We were going on a Friday evening in the summer, so I called ahead and put my name on the wait list. The wait was less than an hour. When we arrived, I was immediately dazzled by the vibe of the place. The restaurant is located right behind a large grassy area and across the street from the very picturesque Huntington Beach. The front and side patios were bustling with people and good vibes. Think warm summer air, fireflies, string lights. The menu includes vegan options (hooray!) - specifically, you can sub vegan cheese (Follow Your Heart brand mozzarella) on any of the vegetarian pizzas. I was informed that all the crusts except the cauliflower crust is vegan. I got the vegetable pizza, and my friend tried the tomato basil pizza.
