I've had their momos with Akbare chili (that Nepalese fire pepper), and when you tell them to crank the heat, they actually do it. Not fake spicy--this is the real deal. Their butter curry momos are also fantastic. Rich, flavorful, and perfect balance with the heat if you go all the way up on spice. Pro tip: order a side of rice.
