The Trick is you have to keep coming back because you never know what you're going to fine. It's a simple Wholesale merchandise store located behind interstate 35. (It was sorta a last minute calling-and-audible thing in the car.) It was pretty crowded on a weekday afternoon, but we got lucky with parking. (Right up front!) We needed to get a few things for dinner (we were currently a dozen peeps packed in Big Bro's house for a few days) so bulk was the way to go. We found everything we needed, and with the scan and go option, checking out was at ease. We couldn't leave without making a stop at the café. Mom had her usual hotdog and drink combo, and I had my pizza and drink combo. What a bargain: less than $5 to feed us both! And it's not like they're snack sizes: they were meal sizes! FUNNY FACT: I finally found something smaller in Texas vs California. I was surprised as I expected it to be much bigger compared to the Sam's I normally go to. Great run! Good to know they're here. Will make another stop when that kinda need comes up again!

Then a worker tells me I don't have a ticket and wait if they might have leftovers. I said okay that fine ill line up with the people that didn't get a ticket. Then it's my turn and I want to buy some and a bald manager rude asl comes up to me and tells me your household got some even though I had 2 memberships for DIFFERENT households. I told him that it was a different household, and he said I had to get out the store because my household got some. I told him that I didn't want to, and they told me before to line up for leftovers and there was some left. Rude manager and his workers are scalpers. I walk out and some worker trying to sell me the same stuff for double the price. I can't with those people now my cousins aren't getting nothing because those scalper workers! Also to make everything Worst I wanted to take off an adult off the membership and i told her a certain name and she take it out and then she rips my aunts/the other household's card. Now my aunt has to make a card because the workers cant do a simple task. Waited all that time to get nothing and to deal with scalpers and stupid people.

From dahi to dosa batter. Love that they have fresh flowers and currently even trees for sale. A lot of it is very affordable and with the executive membership check that comes home year end it makes Costco totally worth it. We have gotten tires for our cars here and also have Costco insurance. I love the one stop shop feature with Costco. We recently had an incident outside the tire shop where someone kept honking and cursing at us for taking too long to get air. We had a Costco employee run to defend us and ask the person to back off. Love the courtesy of the staff. In the clothing section where everything with a big pile of clothes, the staff didn't get angry except helped us sort through the pile to find our size. We'd go back and continue shopping for experiences like this.

We've happily spent thousands of dollars there over the years, and it was always a great experience. But over the last eight months or so, I've started to dread walking through those doors. Not because of the products, but because of the customer service. The latest example? We were turned away from entering 10 minutes before 10:00 a.m. on a weekday because we aren't Executive Members. There wasn't a single customer waiting to get in. Zero. It wasn't about crowd control or capacity, it was simply, "No." Come on, Costco. Loyalty should count for something. A little common sense and a little kindness go a long way. We love shopping here, but experiences like this make it harder and harder to keep coming back.

What I didn't know was that…read morethe owner (Raj Patel) is a shady individual who not only never paid my business for the products we delivered, he also never replied to any of my text or calls when I tried reaching out to him about settling payment. Not to mention he also began selling my product within his warehouse making profits off my product while he still hasn't settled his invoice. How does that happen? Has he ever heard of good business practices? He stole over $1,500 from my company in product and they've yet to settle the matter nor communicate when they'll pay what they owe. I also created a custom banner for my business that I setup in his warehouse for marketing purposes. When I tried to take it back because of his shady business practices he blocked me from retaining what belonged to me. In total this man (Raj Patel) owes me $1,800 for what he took from my company. I'd stay FARRRRR away from these guys.
