We took an informational sheet on the stove we were interested in, we thanked him, and we told him we were just beginning our search. We went to two other places that were open on a Friday. My husband decided he liked with NM Fireplace Gallery had to offer best. We returned to his store and we connected with Dean again. We put half down on the stove/installation, and we will pay the other half once its been installed. I believe he said to expect the install to happen in August. He did not come prepared to install a chimney cap, and told us we should just do it ourselves. We pressed him on it and were told to call his boss if we had a problem. Wrote us up a bill for $86 and left. We got nothing for that but a couple missed days at work for scheduled times they didn't make. Now we still need a chimney cap . . . What a waste of time and money.

We spent 35k to have Williams Mechanical replace three units three years ago; we had a very…read morepositive experience with this transaction. Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical. I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they "couldn't find the paperwork" for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office. I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue. If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

MARK's Plumbing came to give me a very reasonable estimate to replace both and they did the job in one day. I'm grateful that I wasn't "taken"for something every homeowner has to have in their home. I've called MARK's again for minor plumbing issues and the work is consistently, exceptional, and reasonably priced. They will always be my go to for Plumbing heating and air conditioning.

I am sure she is very busy, but she took the time to get Octavio out ASAP to fix my air. I appreciate this as I have had breathing issues and go to the doctors more than I am at home. Octavio is old school. A very nice gentleman who works hard and gets to the root of the problem. He is clean, kind and respectful. May I add that he is not weird. I always have my son with me as there have been some real odd people doing repairs. Octavio is very normal. Thank God.
