I scheduled an appointment, and he arrived on time. Allan was upfront about the process, applied no pressure, and answered all my questions without hesitation. On the installation day, both technicians arrived on time. Their demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge were impressive as they explained the installation process to me. Allan arrived a few minutes later to ensure the removal of the old 5-ton unit from the roof and the installation of the new 5-ton unit went smoothly. He also addressed any additional questions I had. The total cost for the HVAC system was over $20,000.00, which I found fair. The billing process was clear, unlike my experiences with other HVAC companies, ultimately saving me money in the long run. The same refrigerant can be found retail for $10 dollars per pound. I did speak with Mike the owner about these issues he refunded a 5% Military/First Responder/Senior discount which the technician should have deducted. Also he refunded a half a hour of labor, despite our discussion about paying for drive time, filling out the bill on the clock and the lack of work done which I was billed for. I'm not saying don't use AirPro; I am saying you need to know what you are getting into if you do.

The gas wall oven had problems with ignition that caused a booming sound when it lit up. The dealer tried twice to fix the issue and failed. Ortega's technician checked with the manufacture and solved the problem by making some adjustments. The dryer had stopped drying items- the drum turned but no heat. The tech - Ramone checked and a wire had burned off a connection. He made a new connection with a higher temp rated connection and the dryer works fine now. My wife and I were very pleased with the prompt and comprehensive repairs by Ramone. - I will note I am a retired general contractor and I know that appliances are not the quality units we used years ago. I had priced replacement appliances before I called Ortega's knowing it sometimes is more efficient to replace than to repair. - The wall oven and dryer were repaired at a fair price and continue to operate just fine.
