Not too shabby. The phone number attached to this a cell phone and the guy says hello. That caught me off guard. Gave me an estimate from Koko Head to the dealership as 130. That was better than whatever towing service the dealership had which was about 200. In the end with tax it came to 125. Only waited a couple hours for the tow truck to get here and 15 min put the driver gave me call to let me know where he was. Not very talkative but still nice. I feel bad I didn't give a tip because I only my card. Didn't catch his name otherwise I'd give him a shoutout. Thank you driver! read more

Unreliable!! I called them for a tow, left two messages and they never called back. Since they were recommended, I decided to try them again and they took all my information, had me send a picture of the car and location, then waited half an hour call me back and said he could do it. So I waited in my car for 45 minutes, and then he called me telling me he wasn't coming. His driver felt traffic was too thick, and didn't want to come from Hawaii Kai Aina Haina (2 miles). read more

He said he'll be there first thing in the morning and it will only cost me $70 to tow it from walmart to palolo. I called Oahu Auto Towing services and the guy said the price will start from about $150 and up because I have a Ford Excursion full size, so I told him to drop dead and go to hell...lol. If you are looking for a tow truck service. Look somewhere else. My car had a clutch problem. So I looked on yelp and saw cheap towing. Called and all I hear is just "cheap towing" (strike one). Then the guy said he will call me back in 5 minites. 45 minutes later I had to call them (strike two). The driver decided to call me back and ask where I was located. I told them and ask how much it would cost to tow from punchbowl cemetay to kaimuki. He said $70-$100 (strike three). Cheap towing is more like a rip off. If I were you. I would use another towing company. I was very dissapointed in the customer service and will not use them again. read more

I needed a tow on MLK day during rush hour and these guys came out and got me to where I needed to go pretty quickly and at least half the price that the two other towing companies wanted to charge me. The guy I talked to wasn't the friendliest, but I will take fast and cheap over general chattiness on the phone. When he showed up the gruffness went away quickly. He honored a discount via checking in on Yelp and took a credit card no problem. I would call him again in a heartbeat though I hope I don't have to again anytime soon. read more

Just got towed and I must say this was the most painless tow experience I've ever had.... $90 from Kapahulu to Aina Haina....a little pricier than a lot of the posts here but it was 9:30 pm so it's after hours..... They still get 5stars tho cuz the driver Jason was prompt (20 minutes) and was extremely professional and polite. Service is lacking today...it's funny that I got better service from a tow truck driver than I get at a lot of pricey department stores.... My father-in-law's Infinity wouldn't start after getting a fuel pump replaced at the Infiniti dealership in Mapunapuna. The fact they forgot to bolt down the engine (!) is another review altogether...we needed to get the car towed from Kaimuki and Cheap Towing responded back on Yelp quickly. Jason was here within the half hour and where the car was parked was no easy task. It was on a steep slope at an angle. Jason backed it up and got the car out with some absolutely bad ass driving. He literally had an inch, maybe two on each side between the house and a pole. Mad driving skills. $95 as promised and the car was on it's way. Car broke down on a Friday afternoon and Yung came in a fairly reasonable time&. showed up at my precise location. The dealership that I needed to be towed to was almost closed but Yung recommended that we should still go because he knew some guys on that shop. We showed up 30 minutes after closing and he got them to take my car in. Yung even dropped me off at my house. Fast forward two weeks and I needed a tow again. My car stopped running mid drive. Called Cheap Towing and he said he'd be there in about 20-30 minutes. He got there in a little under 30. After turning my car on he said it sounded like it was done for because the engine sounded really bad. I told him I was originally going to have him take me to Palolo Auto Service but if it's that bad I wasn't going to keep the (old) car much longer so we could just take it to my house so I could properly get rid of it. Used cheap towing today, had to wait for service, due to business being busy, they only have 3 tow trucks, and it's a family business, but the wait was worth it, Norman the driver was very sharp and friendly, he hooked up my 2008 Toyota Rav4 and towed it to Toyota. dealers in Mapunapuna, he was fast and real cheap ($60.00), called others before it was $85.00 to $150.00....I would recommend this tow company to everyone I know....everyones post was right on...again Norman thank you very much. read more

here the story, i bought my 2008 mercedes c350 from the auction, the car run fine but after cheap towing tow it to my shop. the car will not start and steering wheel lock. i called the mechanic came and look at it, the steering wheel lock pin was broken in half. reason : cheap towing don't care about the car, they not using the seatbelt to wrap the steering wheel. my car is rwd so they have to do it. i asked them but they don't want to do it,just said it's ok because they just want to move fast to get another customer and now i end up with thousand dollards in repair bill. try to call them to resolve the problem but they not answer, just hang up. never try cheap towing. they will break your car. *call me at 808 225 7753 if you want to do the right thing read more

Young was so awesome. I had to get my car towed and it was one of those days when it was one thing after the other. I was so stressed, but he was able to come on time and he was so kind. He totally cheered up my day, and made me feel not so stressed about everything after all. I messaged a handfull of Towing companies. I needed to go to Costco Iwilei from lower Manoa. One replied and quoted me $125.00. Then Youn called from SAIGON-CHEAP TOWING. $65.00!! And he came in 5 minutes!! He was close by. YAY!! I also needed to change a tire in addition to the tow and it was raining. I gave $20 more dollars. So I got a great deal and Youn was a nice guy too. My car wouldn't start after a meeting I had out on the west side. Called Cheap Towing and they said they would send a truck right away. Driver made it there within 45 minutes at around 230pm. Unfortunately I had a 4WD vehicle so he couldn't tow me. He jumped my car but since I was suspecting a bad alternator I was hesitant about driving back to town. The driver offered to follow me to my battery shop and said that if I did die on the road he would push me to the side and wait until the truck with the dollies could come tow me the rest of the way. Made it safely to my battery shop and was very thankful. Would recommend them to anyone and would use them again (hopefully, won't need to). read more
