Since our situation wasn't urgent, we were able to call a day in advance to schedule a tow for the following morning, which made it very convenient. On the morning of our scheduled towing appointment, Taurus was punctual and showed up at the early part of the 30-minute estimated arrival window he gave us. Once he assessed the vehicle and where/how it's positioned, he promptly hooked it up onto the tow truck without delay. The vehicle was parked in a stall between two cars, and he was able to tow it out easily with no issues. It was parked in the wrong direction on a curb and he had no problem reversing the car with the tow truck and then pulling my it around the front to tow the car home. He also provided an reasonable price quote when I called competition and it was going to take 3 hours and price was a lot more. Hi HIGHLY recommend Rapid Towing. Taurus was professional and and got us out of a tough situation. I work for a luxury hotel in Waikiki that has a high volume of traffic. We had a guest come with their vehicle and her car broke down (gear shift was loose and wouldn't get out of park; trust me we tried everything to move it) in the middle of our driveway. Taurus was still willing to come down to help and arrived in rapid fashion. Somewhere between 15-20 minutes. Of course it will depend on where he is at the time of call but he was definitely committed to coming ASAP.
