I brought my phone in for a cracked screen. I believe they have two options to fix the phone: 1.) A generic screen replacement or 2.) an OEM screen Given that I only planned to have this phone for a few more months until upgrading, I opted with the generic screen replacement. This was clearly the wrong decision as my phone has lines across my screen after a few months (and I didn't drop, damage, etc. the phone). You'd expect a little more reliability for a phone, even if you get the generic screen replacement. Terrible value. Would not recommend. In addition this screen has made the front camera VERY blurry, cloudy, and foggy looking (to the point where I don't use the front camera anymore). I've used this vendor two times and I hate to admit how disappointed I am. I just want other people to be aware of the quality you may get. read more
