Two months ago to fix my screen, it had a small crack on the top left came in to get a repair worked perfectly fine about a month after the screen started to glitch and it just wasn't working. Every time I put the phone to charge it started to glitch and the battery drained as well. Horrible service I came in asking if he could give me a discount or give me reimbursement for the screen, but was really rude and did not want to compromise or meet me halfway. September 2023 A local small business that offers honest quality service. I needed to replace the screen on a work phone after dropping it. I was lucky enough to find this place after searching for a place that had hours that would work with my work schedule. The staff was nice and went over both the pricing and explained what needed to be repaired. After dropping off the phone I was given a reasonable wait time. There were a few hiccups a long the way of having my phone repaired here. I wanted the back of my S.O. iPhone XR glass replaced. I reached out on Yelp as it's my go-to to find any resources I needed. I was initially quoted a $65 flat rate. Which ended up being a $71.50 flat rate instead when including taxes. While I thought the that was a little deceiving, I still thought their prices were affordable and worth a little of the miscommunication. THEY'RE CASH ONLY. After arriving and getting my phone fixed, it was a little over two hours to fix which is understandable as it was the back glass and not the normal front. The owner also offered me a free clear phone case and she was really sweet. After picking up my phone and my S.O. ended up in the hospital with his phone, he realized his speaker was no longer working. While he could hear me, I wasn't able to hear him. I went back and they were able to fix it. They did charge me for the part but didn't charge me for the labor. The owner was also very sweet and understanding. When I explained to her about his medical condition, she wished him the best and said a prayer. And then she also place a free screen protector on the phone. I appreciated everything she did. I will definitely be coming back if I have another issue like this again read more

I wish I could give it less than a star. This place tries to make money by having you bring in your phone for the same problem. My wife's iPhone back plate broke and I took it for repair. The lady offered a discount for a positive yelp review and used my phone to type up the positive message and posted it. The back broke again and I went for a 2nd repair. When I got the phone the back was uneven and bloated and led to another break and battery problems. When I went in for the 3rd time the repair person told me it's the battery that swells and causes pressure to break the back. I told him he gave me the phone like that swollen and never did he say you need a new battery and that I should have known it was wrong yet he repaired it and is the expert. They offered no discount, didn't have the parts to fix the problem for good and gave me a card to go somewhere else after they made about 500 dollars profit from me. Don't get scammed and don't go there. Check other options and be warned. Update after going to the Apple Store, we were told to fix the problem it would be 500 dollars plus. Also that the material used was cheap and no wonder it broke. We still owe 600 on our T-Mobile two year payment plan. The Apple Store rep told us that places like this will purposely set you up with a problem because 42 percent of people are likely to return to pay for the fix that was preventable. They rely on always having new customers because people catch on to their scams. After consideration I ended up getting my wife a new iPhone 15 and screen protector with a case. 159 for case and screen protector, and 1,312 for a new iPhone paid in full. I still owe the 600 for the old phone which means if this place provided quality customer service and care I would have had 2100 dollars back in my bank account. The person purposely gave me back a "fixed" phone that was already showing swelling and problems with the battery, and was expecting me to return and pay again. A trained technician would have seen the problem and addressed it rather than hand over the phone collect the money and let the customer walk away. After we left with the "fixed" phone we had to buy 2 new cases to make the phone " fit". If they will treat a disabled veteran and his family like this, makes you think how will they treat a regular customer. Hope this place closes and doesn't take advantage of more people. One word to describe their customer service - HORRIBLE. I came in to have my back glass replaced and five days later, my back camera was no longer working and the flashlight was also no longer working. I called the store to let them know and they blamed me for the issue. I've had my iPhone 12 for three years now and I have no had any camera or flashlight issues until my back glass was replaced at this shop and all they had to say was the tested it before they handed it back to me and it worked so it can't be because of the replacement. They said I probably dropped it or did something where water must've damaged it. I have not done anything within the five days for this to happen and the guy just kept shutting me up and blaming me. This shop offers 45 day limited warranty but they won't even own up to it possibly being an issue on their end since they "tested" it right before they handed it off to me. They could have nicked a wire or something in the process but it's all my fault and it could have potentially damaged my camera five days later. Yes they fixed my back glass but it led to damaging my camera and flashlight and wouldn't give me the time of day after so no, I will not be back. & no I do not recommend this shop for any repairs especially in case something happens after the fact. They will only blame you for their doing! If you want to get any repairs done to your phone, iPad, or any electronic device - spend the extra money and go to a professional. You get what you pay for at this shop and now I'm filled with regret :( read more

I cracked the screen of my phone by accidentally dropping a full tapatio bottle on the left top corner. I went almost a week with it cracked until the screen got worse. I was still able to use my phone; however it would skip while watching YouTube videos & that was a no, no. I sent this company (Guillermo replied) a quote request & got an explanation on why I needed the LCD screen replaced. Of course, I checked with other competitors to confirm this information & sure enough price & informacion coincided. I took the drive and took my phone around 1:55pm. Jeanette was the person who assisted me. She was friendly & asked me to be back by 2:15pm despite her having to take her break at 2pm. I popped in at 2:10pm & my phone was fixed. Did not go here no! First I called and check if my phone was ready which they advised it would be don't in the time frame they gave me and it wasn't done. Also when opening my phone my self because now how to fix it. I was missing a bunch of screws to my phone on the inside and on the bottom. Like WTF especially the girl that works there rookie!! I came in for the back glass on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. It took them 5 hours and when I came to pick up the phone there was glue all over t the back and it wasn't dried yet. Well when I got home my phone felt like it was on fire and the battery died right away. The phone wouldn't hold a charge and got too hot to use. When I went in to get out fixed they tried to claim that my phone was used and the battery was just dying. I started crying because I can't afford a new phone and would rather have a cracked screen then no phone at all. I had bought my phone less than a month ago and the battery was new. Turns out they cut the flashlight wiring causing a short. I had to drive to Anaheim to have another shop repair the problem. I never ever want to go through this hassle again. They made me feel like I was the idiot and was trying to cheat them out of money. Thank you for getting my phone fixed but please work on customer service. read more

DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!! I came in to replace my screen last month and everything was working fine until recently it just stopped turning on. I returned and the owner said I broke the screen when my phone hadn't fallen and the screen was perfect. It didn't even last a month. The owner didn't want to refund me and was being extremely rude saying the screen was broken and I would have to pay $150 again to fix it. Bad service and bad quality items.
