My MacBook Air wasn't turning on and the Apple Store was going to charge me an arm and a leg with no guarantee. Alex and his team were able to repair my logic board for such an affordable price. It's an older laptop, but it's a powerhouse, and I really didn't want to see it go. To be honest, I originally thought it was just a battery issue. After their inspection, I found out the motherboard and pretty much everything else was fried. I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous knowing the follow-up conversation about next steps was coming. But Alex, one of the people who runs the shop, was not only upfront and honest, but took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through the best options. It never felt like a sales pitch. He genuinely seemed like he had my best interests in mind, and based on my past experiences, that's pretty rare to find. They ended up replacing my motherboard and even let me keep the old one. Omg! My laptop all of a sudden had hundreds of colored vertical lines on one side of the screen. I intuitively knew I was going to need help. A friend recommended I call...
