    Garlic Cheese Bread

Yum! I rarely hand out 5 stars, but this sandwich was absolutely delicious--I'm already craving another. The staff was so friendly and patient, which I appreciated since it was our first visit and the menu can feel a little overwhelming. I'm not a fan of Pepsi (almost knocked a star off for that), but honestly, the sandwich was so good it more than made up for it. The small bar made the place lively but kid friendly.

Finally tried Cheba Hut today! The Kali Mist was fantastic! Turkey, Bacon, Chipotle Mayo, Jalapeno, Avo, Pepper Jack, Lettuce, Onion, Tomato, Pickle and their own seasoning mix! Very fresh! You could taste each ingredient! Not overly dressed and held up well since it was to go! The place itself is pretty cool! Full bar set up with several TVs. Pic not my best work but the taste was defintely there! Looks like all veggies but the hot goods were underneath!Very filling! Service was friendly and fast!

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I got the Kali Mist 8-inch sub on garlic herb bread, and it was sooooo good and fresh! The restaurant alone was really nice and clean. They had good music and Tvs to enjoy the game; the whole atmosphere was a vibe. They had great customer service as well!! The only con was the koolaid. I tried all 3 flavors and it tasted like water. This is a cool place for the family to come hangout on a Saturday night :) Next time, I will be back to try the jerk sub and a drink from their full bar.

I'm a sucker for some puns for places like this lol I have to say I love the vibe here. The sandwiches, Koolaid and rice krispy bar take me back to being a kid so I love the nostalgia from that. Great place to go for a tasty sandwich, drinks and treats!

We have been missing a really good "toasted sandwich" place around here for years! (Sorry Subway) This place has a very large selection of toasted subs AND you can also build your own: poultry, beef, Italian meats, tuna, bacon, and vegetarian options. All three bread options are delicious (yes, I had one of each). They also have appetizer/side options, a FULL bar, and some baked treats! The staff were so patient and friendly, explaining all the different popular subs and the owner was attentive the whole time. We will be frequent flyers here for sure.

    Pacific Blue (Tuna melt)

Had the pacific blue tuna melt for lunch, sooo yummy, would definitely recommend! Everything tasted fresh and great customer service (:

First time to visit Local Spot since we were in the area. Have visited their sister locations…read morenumerous times so we knew we'd be getting a great meal. The place seems to be in a community center so the area is beautiful to sit outside or walk around after your meal. The menu seems smaller but still has lots of great options. Love that they have an all day breakfast burrito on their menu. Chloe was a great server!!

We were in Fulshear and wanted to try something different that we don't have near us, so we decided to give it a shot. The restaurant itself is beautiful on the outside with an inside that has a modern, open design. You come in and seat yourself, and while there were several tables available, the restaurant definitely wasn't empty. There were people dining in the back room and out on the porch. It was a gorgeous day, but we opted for the AC. Service wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't especially attentive. It took a while for someone to come by with menus, and throughout the meal things just seemed to move slowly despite the restaurant not appearing understaffed. I don't mind a relaxed pace, but I also don't want to spend my entire afternoon sitting indoors at some random restaurant waiting around. We started with chips and queso. The chips were decent, but the queso was extremely thin and soupy--more like cheese soup than queso--thus definitely not worth the $10 price tag. Unless you love soupy queso. Then maybe it's definitely worth the $10 to you. For lunch, my brother and mom ordered The Local Burger with Fries and added avocado, my friend ordered the Beef Tenderloin Steak Wrap with Chips, and I tried the Spicy Buffalo Pizza because honestly, every menu starts looking the same after a while, and I wanted something different. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our order. Everyone's food arrived but my brother's because our server somehow assumed mom and he were sharing one burger since they ordered the same thing. They also forgot the avocado add-on for both burgers. Mom gave my brother her basket, and they shared the burger until his came, which was about 10 to 15 minutes later. Mom liked the fries because they came out hot and weren't overly salted, but neither she nor my brother really raved about the burgers. I think by then they forgot they asked for avocado, and we weren't charged for it, but that's kind of annoying to ask for something and nothing is said...they just quietly make sure not to charge you for it. The Spicy Buffalo Pizza was probably the biggest disappointment for me. I expected a more traditional buffalo chicken pizza, but instead it was kind of a layered, heavily drizzled mess that didn't really work together. The crust also appeared to be some sort of cornmeal-style crust that wasn't my favorite and didn't hold up well under the weight of the toppings. It was the kind of slice you knew would end up on you rather than in you, so I was really careful to make sure it hit the pizza board and not me. I ended up boxing most of it for my housemate. Mark wanted dessert, and they have something called "The Spot Ice Cream Sandwich," which is a brownie or assorted cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings. Mom asked whether he could simply order the brownie by itself, and our server Victor said he would ask, but we never actually got an answer. One thing that really annoys me at restaurants is charging $4 for fountain drinks and then not keeping them refilled. Victor did eventually ask about refills, but by then the meal was basically over. Overall, this place wasn't bad, but it also wasn't great. The atmosphere and design are probably the strongest part of the experience. I wouldn't necessarily avoid it, but I also wouldn't go out of my way to come back. What made lunch even funnier is that next door at Cross Creek Ranch, there's a hanging sign advertising an "observation deck." We had debated going before lunch but decided to eat first and then check it out afterward. Much like the restaurant itself, the concept sounded far more impressive than the actual experience. There really wasn't much to observe. I just found it amusing that both experiences ended up being equally mediocre.

Service was extremely slooooow... waited 45 mins for 4lbs of crawfish, asked for butter and a tray to put the shells in, they said yes and the cook never came back so I had to go get my own at the cooking area. Our server was lack luster and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. She didn't even come to apologize for the wait or that the food was coming. We had to ask for refills and napkins after waiting 15+ mins until she came back to the grass patio area. Crawfish finally came it was lukewarm and some had a fishy taste. Best part there was maybe 15 people in the grass patio area and 3 people at the inside bar. Customers were cleaning off the tables to sit, getting their own napkins and going inside to get drinks at the bar. A table in front of us declined their potatoes and sausage bc it took so long after their other food came out. Also, we wanted to order cheese fries but were told they weren't doing certain foods bc there was only 1 cook. Lol Place has potential but needs to be cleaned up (random kiddie pool next to the outside crawfish cooking area) , food needs to be refined, servers need to be retrained and customer service needs to be a focus.

This is really not that type of place. The menu is limited. We did order wings, poppers and fries. The wings were not bad. We got them first. The spicy leach wings were pretty tasty. Our fries came next. They were pretty limp. I asked about the poppers and was told they only have one air fryer so it takes time. The poppers did arrive and were crispy (good) and nice hot. My wife had one hell of a strong frozen margarita that had too much triple sec. The tequila content helped a little there though. Our waiter was seen a limited amount of times. At one point I was tired of waiting for water I went and waited to ask for our check. Needless to say. If you want to have drinks and sit at the bar. This is the place to go.
