My girlfriends car was dead in my driveway, and we needed a tow to my mechanic. Nox Towing responded very quickly and we made an appointment at my convenience for the next day. They showed up as promised, but oops I was passed out. Dummy... They tried to contact me, waited, took pictures, and everything. Woke up in a daze, checked my messages, and ran out, to see the truck driving away... Called Justin and apologized. He let me know they'd be right back after another tow. Surely enough the truck came back. His driver was super professional and chill. He even apologized to me, even though I was the one that messed up. Even asked what was wrong and took a look at the car. Gave him the agreed upon amount and the key and in no time the car was at my mechanics shop where the boys was waiting. These guys care. I am so thankful for Justin and NOX Towing! While transporting my family back to Waikiki from the Kahala Hotel, my car suddenly lost power... I continued to roll down Kahala Ave., but started getting very worried... I pulled over to the curb and turned off my car and tried to restart it. The engine just wouldn't catch... I don't have AAA, I don't know any tow company... what do I do?! After my family was settled into a Lyft and on their way, I turned to my trusty *Yelp app for help. Driving my 4runner on H3 Kaneohe bound notice it had a strong wobble in my steering. Parked at City Mill Kaneohe and notice a couple of my wheel studs snapped off. Called another tow company before I called Nox towing to tow my 4runner back to my home in Waipahu, got quoted a pretty high price before I gave them details about my 4runner. Then their price got even higher because they told me they would have to use a flatbed to tow my 4ruuner since it was lifted and had oversized tires on.
