I told the original rep that I needed my pay date to be on the 5th of the month. I also said I didn't want it on autopay. She said no problem. The next month (5th) when I log into see by balance, it says it's overdue and has a late fee. I call about that, rep says she fixed it. The following month, same thing. Rep says she fixed it. Last month I called in my payment on the 5th, I verified it all again with her. I made the online payment, then the next day, it auto deducted the payment anyway. I had to contact an attorney and threaten them for refunding the double payment. That took 10 days!! I needed that money for other things! Today I logged into my account, and it shows the payment as late, with a late fee. Says it was supposed to be paid mid-month last month. I called and the rep said that because I switched from bi-weekly it wouldn't take effect until the next billing cycle. I never signed up for bi-weekly!! None of the other months showed bi-weekly.

I had direct payment every 15th, however earlier in the month I reported my card stolen and had a new card. I forgot to change my auto pay and on the 15th of the month I got a message that my card got declined. Automatically I went in the website and updated my card on file to make my payment on time (see attached picture). I got a message that my payment was successful and that I was scheduling a payment on every 15 starting 11/15... Wrong! It did not take a payment for the current month but instead scheduling a payment for the next month (very diseptive). I get a call 10 days after my due date that my promotional period had expired due to missed payment. I was so confused and asked him that I was positive that I had made a payment. As I check my bank account I was never charged. I asked to speak with a supervisor to reinstate my promotional period, because clearly the intent was there that I was trying to make a payment, but they rejected my request. This company is very deceptive and will make it hard for you to make your payment on time in order to decline your promotional period and make profit of their high interest loan. Please look at your options, when you are at a furniture store, you do not have to go with the Banks they offer you, you can say you will go to your bank to pay for the remainder (you will get a better deal).

This location is situated in the mall area of the Shops of North Bridge. There is parking in the 516 N Rush parking facility. Access to the currency exchange is just outside of Nordstrom, across from the Jellycat plushy store. You can access Nordstrom from the parking facility. You have to take the escalator to the top, then go through the store to the mall. The currency exchange itself is a small enclosed area. The young woman, Tricha, who took care of me and The Queen was super nice and very careful when it came to counting out our money. She was great. She explained the exchange rate and carefully told us how much we had requested in pesos and counted it out in a slow manner so we could see each bill being counted out. She also explained the process for us to return any money not spent in Mexico to get back dollars. The exchange rates and service were very good and this will be my go to for exchanging dollars to foreign currency.
