Every single time I come into this location I am greeted with a smile and a hello! I've never had any issues with picking up or sending money. As a matter of fact one of the ladies working here told me to grab as many Wester Union forms as I wanted so that I can fill them out before heading in. That way I can save time. (: Very Helpful!!!!!!! Not only is there seating, in case you have to wait, there is an area for kids to play during the wait. Next ~ This location is always super clean. I love that. I went here on August 5th 2022 around 6:30 P.M. I go here every now and then they are the most convenient place in my opinion to cash checks. I get checks from clients and company's Walmart has a better prices to cash your checks but a lot of times it becomes a headache they deny your checks sometimes plus the hours are not the most convenient. So back to check city they are great and can always cash my checks from my clients or job. the fees are quite a bit that is my only complaint. read more

I've never used a check cashing place before but being Christmas Eve and not many places being open, I google searched nearest places to me and found this check city. I was a little hesitant to go in because I've heard nothing but horror stories about these places. Well not only were the stories proven wrong, I was beyond happy with my experience here! I was greeted by Annalia when I entered the door, helped promptly. I wasn't sure how to get certain information off of my bank app and she found the info immediately for me walking me through everything. There were quite a few customers in there but Annalia was incredible and helped everyone with their needs, I was in and out within 30 min and couldn't be happier! Money Tree was closed so I went in to get a small $100 loan. The young man was not very helpful and preceded to speculate to someone on the phone about how my paycheck stubs were fake.
