They clearly had concerns over the authenticity of it, although teller verified several times through phone that it was valid money order (not sure why that was necessary money order is less than $70 but okay) MEANWHILE a lady next to me had no valid ca ID, and they cashed her a check with phone references. Our teller stated they are 'coming down' on stricter policies when clearly that does not seem to be the case. Teller never gave us a clear reason why our money order could not be cashed. Only reason she provided was 'corporate says so'. This city itself is pretty run down, extremely unprofessional, do not recommend if you're a new customer.
