Now I realize that's probably how they're padding their rating, and it's incredibly misleading. Even worse they're rude and aggressive if you push back or question anything. If you don't go along with their pressure tactics, they get defensive fast. I felt uncomfortable and even a little threatened just for trying to ask for the full picture. Most of the cars seemed like lemons, mechanical red flags, and no transparency. It's the kind of operation that survives by taking advantage of people who don't know better. This is not a trustworthy place. Avoid it at all costs and go somewhere with real integrity.

I went into the branch and met Yunus, an extremely helpful and qualified representative. He told me everything looked OK as far as how the account was opened and all the requirements were met. He was puzzled why the bonus wasn't paid out. He asked me to be patient and give him a few days and he will advance the issue to a review team to resolve the issue. Two days later, he followed up with a call saying that the issue is under review. The next day, the $400 promotional bonus was put in my new checking account.
