That is a rare attribute in a car repair shop and is why I trust them. They went the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, fixing a part rather than replacing it. Plus being a dog-friendly shop means I bring my pup to hang out in the waiting room while they work. If you need work done by an honest shop, you can't go wrong here. Also, the online prices are tricks because they claim it doesn't include the cash down prices. So the car I viewed online went up price wise about 3K when I went to view it in person. Before looking at my car he tried talking me out of buying the Honda I was looking at. Viewing my car across the street he said it might go for one price however he'd have to have an appraiser look at it closer yet he didn't think there was one on-site that day but he could try to find a manager. Giving the keys to my car for a closer inspection, the value of my perfectly conditioned vehicle went down by 1-2K for bullshit reasons that were completely unfounded. Ultimately, he tried to tell me that my 2019 Lexus F Sport with less miles than the 2019 Honda Accord Touring was worth less trade in wise and I would owe money towards getting the Honda. Insurance would argue otherwise; a Lexus is a luxury vehicle. Not a Honda. The value of my car is not worth less than a Honda, especially not the same year and less mileage. save your time and gas. dont go here.
