let me start by saying I placed an online order that included 2 of the Brisket Bosswich , the checkers online said that it would be ready in 5 mins. Well I knew that was lie. My first positive is that I called the location to see if my order was ready. Some gentleman answered the phone and asked if I could come by because many online orders were placed atm. No stress ( At least someone answered the phone) So I came by, there were about 7 cars in the online pick up window, No stress, I was walking so I went to the main pick up window to get my order. Nice lady who was working drive thru came to the window and got my order. Now, I felt the weight of the bag and said "something is missing". I proceeded to open the bag and none of my Brisket Bosswich were in there. So I ask for my sandwiches in which I was told they were out of brisket and I could get a refund thru the app. I stated that I placed the order online not through the app. Immediately I would assume it was the assist or manager who overheard the conversation and said " I can make you two big buford instead". I said sure and went over to the sitting area to eat my fries before they got cold. I am big on customer service and technically I should have got a discount on my next order etc. However, since no one gave me any attitude with the situation, kool no stress. I finished my fries and went back to the window and the guy saw me and started making those burgers. I went back and sat down again. when they were ready a nice gentleman called my name and made small talk with me and made me laugh. I got my sandwiches and went on with my morning. Now, I did tell my story as this was the best checker's experience I have had and this is my second visit to this location. I read the reviews before going here and I must say that my experience was much better than other so please give them a try. I spent 45 minutes in line here just for employees to be rude for no reason. Was also told their coupon machine was broken. Never have ever heard of a "coupon machine" unless it is a new recent fast food technology. The employees exhibited very little intelligence so I won't let their manners offend me, but the service was so so bad. They went out of their way to give me cold fries and threw 2 ketchup packets at me avoiding eye contact. Just bulldoze this place over and put another McDonald's. Really convenient. You have to choose your battles though. It can get busy and rightfully so. Along the lines of taste, it's the best fast food in town in my own opinion. But if you go there in 5'o clock traffic, you might be waiting for a while. They don't pay their employees much, so your quality of service may vary, but it's a great place to go late at night. We were in line for 20 minutes, just to be told at the speaker box that it was cash only. Of course we only had cards on us because this is the 21st century. Then we were stuck in the line for another 20 minutes because we obviously couldn't move until the cars in front of us did. Went trough the drive through and ordered a combo, by the the time I reached the cashier I wanted to change my combo from a small to medium so I inquired how much was the up charge.. Classic response " uhh I dunno.. Anyways we be's out of medium lids" manager hears what's going on and ask if i needed anything and the cashier says " oh it's nuttin" and the manager just walks off.. Cashier was actually rushing us when we were the only customers and we only took literally 3 seconds to decide! Un believable! When we pulled up he/she (i honestly couldn't tell) never looked at us simply stuck out their hand for my card and again for handing us our food. When another customer came through the drive thru I could hear him/her making fun of them with another staff member!! Calling them stupid slow and mocking them! The lady working the window was incredibly rude. She couldn't take our order but we could see her leaning out of the window playing with the customers at the window ahead of us. When she actually was listening, she read the order back wrong. When we corrected her, her attitude got worse, and by time we finally got the order correct, she was screaming back at us.
