Great service, great App, Great offers on the receipts! "Big Buford "is my fave burger!

Ordering on the app was quick and easy. I ordered a combo with a double fish sandwich, fries and a drink. Also ordered an apple pie. I got there within 10 mins and my order was ready. The lady at the window was super nice and fast. Their fish sandwich is good but I will ask to toast the bun a little more. I like my bun a little more crispy. Hi, my name is Ashley B. Let's get started with the review! I received a text from checkers for a free Monerela cheese sticks with purchase and unfortunately wasn't able to use it when they scanned the QR code and they also scan my rewards barcode on the app and they still couldn't give me the cheese sticks for free. Only way they were able to give them to me for free is to not even put them on the receipt. The cheese stick is what brought me to checkers so I wasn't leaving without them. I guess you could say I was an escalated customer who needed assistance, which is why they went to route they went. I Would love for them to report the issue to leader ship or IT so that they can fix the QR code. Anyway, the cheese sticks were delicious. I added a little hot sauce and ranch to the marinara which brought out the flavor of the cheese sticks, and I had ordered a barbecue bacon combo, which was pretty good. I had a small fry which don't miss and I had a Coke zero which was good too. Anyway, you could tell the company cares about their employees and knows that they have children because they're letting them off today for Halloween at 8 PM so I can respect that because my job would never. Bad service, the lady must've been deaf because she kept repeating "one second" over and over and nearly messing up our order, she gave us a cup with the lid nearly off. Everyone had such a bad attitude. They didn't give us any of our sauces. They don't care about their job either. I get it it's fast food but damn. read more

I was so excited to see Checkers after getting off my flight since I hadn't been to one in over three years. I just wanted a quick snack to hold me over until I got to my hotel, so I ordered some fries and mozzarella sticks. While the fries were hot, once I got to my destination, I realized they had been reheated in old oil. The taste of that oil lingered in the back of my throat for hours. It was honestly pretty disappointing. For a place I was looking forward to revisiting, this was a big letdown. Can agree with other eviews about customer service. read more

For fast food I usually love a good checkers burger but we paid for extra bacon on a burger and it wasn't on it today and then we also paid for crispy onions on a burger and there were two... very disappointing. read more

by far some of worst customer service ever. the woman working the window was incredibly rude. she was upset about something that happened in the kitchen and took it out on customers. she yelled and cursed while customers were there, slammed stuff around while preparing the orders and prepared everything so sloppy. luckily the other employee had a better attitude but he moved so slow because of everything she was doing. the food was terrible and cold. the wait time was excessive. nothing about the experience was pleasant. 0/10 read more

First time giving Checkers a chance and my postpartum, fat craving, sleepless mother of one was so disappointed. Stopped by around 3 or so, my little (not so little 20 yr old) brother and I had been speculating about Checkers for a weeks and decided to try it out. We went through the drive thru and literally waited about 15 minutes at the window to place our order as we were informed they were changing shifts. I noticed several cars behind me left due to the wait but not I, I was determined. This review is solely on the food and not the service. I ordered the checkerburger meal as I wasn't too hungry and my brother ordered the baconzilla! meal. Both my brother and I agreed the fries were seasoned to perfection and crispy enough, overall bomb. I thought the drinks were above average size, my small looked more like a medium. The burger, the burger is the reason I gave it only 3 stars. My burger was cold didn't seem fresh and probably the worst fast food burger I've had. The cheese wasn't even melted and had too much dressing (think it was just mayo). Needless to say, I took a couple bites and threw it out. My brother said his baconzilla! was decent. I probably will give Checkers another chance but not soon and definitely won't get the Checkerburger again. read more

Oh my god the baconzilla was just to die for. The cheese sauce was the icing on the cake. Also the fries were so tasty and crispy. I definitely can't wait to swing by again. Be very careful at the place, I went through the drive thru and pulled up to the window to pay for my food and a young girl who took my order told me that her system was asking for my zip code to use my debit card. I never had this issue before at an fast food establishment where they ask for you zip code to pay for food, usually this is an option at a gas pump. So long story short after I gave her my zip code I checked my bank statements the next day and behold a fraudulent purchase at a swap city on the north side was purchased smh I mean if you were that pressed for money you should of asked me for it!! instead of writing my card info down and calling in an order over the phone. Came in for Strawberry ice cream on a Saturday night (which drive thru closes at 1AM) guy said we turn of the ice cream machine early. Whaaaaaaat! Terrible! Thank god for McDonalds! They were more than happy to give me my Strawberry Sunday! Also.. staff is very rude and unwelcoming. Never have I seen anyone smile! Will not be coming to this checkers again! read more
