Everyone was just kind of wandering around looking at each other in slow motion while customers waited. The lack of urgency, communication, and customer service was honestly unbelievable. I ordered 2 Kahuna Phillies and a Club Supreme sans mayo. The Supreme Club was recommended and I was told it was a delicious sub. I enjoyed every bite of my Kahuna Philly Large, the bread was soft, airy and so so fresh, juicy all whilst not being soggy even after the 10 minute commute to it's final destination .
