They do not seem equipped with the typical functionalities that other Chick-fil-as have at their other locations. This location is clearly a very populated area and I've seen Chick-fil-as have multiple drive-thrus, a lot of employees inside/outside taking orders with tablets and payment scanning devices at their fingertips. This location did not have all the bells and whistles. Very sad. Food was fresh and hot. That's where the 3 stars came from. This is the absolute slowest and most unorganized Chick-fil-a I've ever experienced.

There has to be better methods for app ordering if that is what is taking place. There are panhandlers just beyond the collection window but they respectfully wear masks and usually have a sign with their requests. In closing, this location could do so much better to service the amount of customers there. They are probably losing customers that decide not to continue waiting. Most recently I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my order. I ordered while in Walmart then slow walked across the long parking lot to get the food. When I get there the app says my food was ready but I had to wait. When the food came out I peeked in the bag and saw that 2 tortilla strips packages were not there so I asked for them. I should have checked throughly! I was also missing my salad dressing. So now I am eating this salad with french dressing from home instead of balsamic vinaigrette.
