This McDonald's has to be one of the worst McDonald's in the country. The food is lousy because either the bread is stale or one of the incompetent employees didn't make it correctly or they just threw it together so it's just sloppy. The prices are higher than other McDonald's in the area and not just by a couple of pennies either. The wait time is always long weather the store is busy or not. If you order through a delivery service app you can almost be guaranteed to not get your French fries or a condiment you ordered. It's a shame that it happens to be my local McDonald's and I don't drive because the McDonald's at 2nd and Lehigh or Front and Girard are much better and cheaper than this location. read more

This place has the worst managers I walked in after hours and they said a manager forgot to close the door... I came here for 2 larger French fries after I got out of work. This place sucks. They don't have enough staff to be open 24hrs. I would like to also explain while taking my mobile order they proceeded to make me wait another 15 mins. This has to be the worst McDonalds on the planet, they never get an order right. The drive thru takes 25-40 mins to get your food, if they ever got an order correct I'm sure it'd be deserving of a ticker tape parade. Once we went through the drive through, waited 40 mins before getting to the window only to have the cashier ask us to repeat our order so she could enter it. This is probably the worst McDonald's I have ever been in. This Saturday, I waited 20 minutes for an order of 3 sandwiches and 2 large fries. There was no one in the drive thru line and one person ahead of me in line. When I tried to get the attention of the staff by politely saying excuse me, I was ignored. When I finally spoke to the manager and explained I had been waiting over 15 minutes, she simply said "waiting on fries" and walked away. The double cheeseburger that I ordered was not stacked but arranged in tiers so it was twice as long as it should have been. This McDonald's is either severely understaffed or the employees just don't care about customer service. This is not a one off event but has been this way for a few months now. I wouldn't even go there but my wife is currently on a McD's fries kick. My advise is to use one of the 4 fast food restaurants across the street or the many others within a quarter mile of this location. read more

Worst service ever at any McDonald's. Waited in a drive thru for about 40 mins. The meal was atrocious- Fries were stale and so were the buns. Fries tasted like they had been sitting all day. Burgers were cold and not fresh. You could tell everything had been sitting. I can barely keep the food down when typing this. I've been here a lot and I'm usually frustrated by the time I leave. I was inspired to write a review after tonight when a McDonald's employee blatantly lied to my face about there being "no ranch in the whole store." When I asked her if there were any other sauces available, she told me I "need to go to the next window because the other girl handles that." I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line to pay, then when I asked if my food had also been waiting that long, the cashier said, "I don't know, I just got here". When I received my food, the Large Fries were half full, and cold. I asked for new fries, and was forced to wait another 5 minutes. This is one of the better McDonalds, someone is always cleaning up the place is clean. It is always busy, I usually have breakfast here 2 or 3 times a week, there is always a paper to read. Yes sometimes I have to wait in line 5 minutes or so, can not beat the price for breakfast and it is good. Just check you have everything you ordered, they are very busy running around sometimes they forget things. read more
