They do not seem equipped with the typical functionalities that other Chick-fil-as have at their other locations. This location is clearly a very populated area and I've seen Chick-fil-as have multiple drive-thrus, a lot of employees inside/outside taking orders with tablets and payment scanning devices at their fingertips. This location did not have all the bells and whistles. Very sad. Food was fresh and hot. That's where the 3 stars came from. This is the absolute slowest and most unorganized Chick-fil-a I've ever experienced.

There are panhandlers just beyond the collection window but they respectfully wear masks and usually have a sign with their requests. In closing, this location could do so much better to service the amount of customers there. They are probably losing customers that decide not to continue waiting.
