However, this morning I overheard the front end management lead complain to another employee about him being scheduled on his own, then he proceeded to say "It's not my fault that they hired someone who needs help while doing a simple task. If it were me, I wouldn't have even hired him". This isn't the first time I've seen management at this location discriminate against disabled employees. I've also seen a different manager take away disability accommodations from other employees. On top of that, I've heard employees using multiple slurs against minority groups. This kind of talk should not be allowed, especially at a company that prides itself on equal employment opportunities. If they don't even care about their employees, what makes you think they care about their customers? I also have seen a couple minors talking about not getting their lunch break on 6+ hour shifts and being brushed off by management. They don't even care about our KIDS. I've been trying to tell myself it's just a couple bad eggs, but with how often I encounter scenarios such as these it's getting ridiculous. I will no longer be supporting a company that allows this behavior, and neither should you. The names I was able to get for these people are Drew, Derenda, and Deanna. These aren't the only instances where it's obvious they don't care about their staff or customers. Every time I have an issue and need to go to customer service, the wait times are horrendous. One time I waited 30 minutes just for a simple return for ONE ITEM. Absolutely ridiculous. This store is a joke on customer service.

Whenever I have a special occasion that I can justify it, I'd love to come and request a specific cut of meat here. In addition to meat and deli, they offer all sorts of goodies, treats, and things to make your meats taste better. My only beef (pun very much intended) with Boone's is that they're closed on Sunday, so I can't go to church and get my butcher shop shopping on the same day. Love Boone's, would highly recommend.
