It's all here, a true one stop shop. The "Tomahawk" was AMAZING! 13.99lb....a little over 2lbs. Slow cooked for an hour, wow it was delicious! Delicious pretzel buns and the bacon cheddar burgers were to die for! The burgers were formed and packed in the back, boxed and ready to pop on the grill. The owner is one of the Hubers, so of course they have several of the most requested Huber items...Huber wine being one of the major items. Apple butter and fruit are available too. However, this morning I overheard the front end management lead complain to another employee about him being scheduled on his own, then he proceeded to say "It's not my fault that they hired someone who needs help while doing a simple task. If it were me, I wouldn't have even hired him". This isn't the first time I've seen management at this location discriminate against disabled employees. I've also seen a different manager take away disability accommodations from other employees. On top of that, I've heard employees using multiple slurs against minority groups. This kind of talk should not be allowed, especially at a company that prides itself on equal employment opportunities. If they don't even care about their employees, what makes you think they care about their customers? I also have seen a couple minors talking about not getting their lunch break on 6+ hour shifts and being brushed off by management. They don't even care about our KIDS. I've been trying to tell myself it's just a couple bad eggs, but with how often I encounter scenarios such as these it's getting ridiculous. I will no longer be supporting a company that allows this behavior, and neither should you. The names I was able to get for these people are Drew, Derenda, and Deanna. These aren't the only instances where it's obvious they don't care about their staff or customers. Every time I have an issue and need to go to customer service, the wait times are horrendous. One time I waited 30 minutes just for a simple return for ONE ITEM. Absolutely ridiculous. This store is a joke on customer service.
