A lot of their rolls are Americanized, but you can still find some fresh sashimi and other side dishes such as seafood salad, dumplings, and some others.

The girl working today was wonderful- super friendly and helpful. (Im sorry i forgot her name!) I expected the shop to be all pantry goods but they had a ton of fresh and frozen goods as well! You can be produce, including herbs, all sorts of drinks, dips, meats, cheeses, frozen meals, etc. i tried a fresh BAT with their house made ciabatta and it was so yummy. The jalapeno pimento cheese dip was so good. I cant wait to go back and try more items! Today they were sampling a champagne and aged gouda which were both delish and if you spent over $50 you got a free block of cheese. This is a true gem in the heart of oak cliff and i will be back for groceries and gifts. I cant wait until i have more room in my fridge/freezer to try some of the meals and pastas. This isn't some small part time operation, it's a highly organized profession plant. I have friends that fight over getting their sausage and salami when I share. They are diligent about how roast etc. are butchered. The smokers are industrial custom made in Germany. Someone complained about the smoked links casing being tough . Don't grill just simmer in water they are very flavorful.

All the meat we had processed with Kuby's was cooked. We ordered bratwurst, spicy breakfast links, hunters stick, smoked link, and a venison salami (jalapeño/cheese), it's all shamefully delicious! Everything comes in large bags that has colored twisty ties. Those ties tell you what you have in the bag. Anyhoo, We got some incredible meats. Probably should have a different job in the back. Really about the only complaint I have at this location.

This store is super clean and I will tell you that this store is worth the price point because everything is immaculate. The customer service in the lines are always great. The managers are always out in front ensuring that everything goes smooth and everything is always fresh! The bakery goods are so delicious. They have donuts rolls anything you name it, from the sushi chef that's there every day to put out fresh sushi, which I see him doing all the time! To their chicken Mondays that are on sale each Monday and there's a different price point, but it is a lot of chicken for a little amount of money! And on holidays, you will see them smoking ribs right out in front for sale and even giving some nice samples away as they grill! I love Elizabeth. She's an amazing manager every time she sees me.
