It is totally not what one would expect; it's neither floral (like olive oil can be) or biting. Instead it is a rich and creamy concoction that is almost indescribable. But, let me try: smooth, mellow, creamy, vanilla overtones, slight spice b/c of the pepper, rich, decadent...... This was bright spot in an otherwise agonizing layover!
