I waited no more than five minutes before being called in by the dental hygienist. She struck up great conversation and made me feel very comfortable as she cleaned my teeth. Dr. French came talk to me about a couple of issues I had and provided very reasonable recommendations and paths forward for each. Very friendly dentist! But not given any option and did not discuss any other .'I just wished he explained further the process , here comes the assistant I told him my concern is the crown I have , but dismissed pushing forward with the bridge . That moment I did not have any choice not even really think through came the manager telling me how much it will cost ? I know it's business but I just wish I was given an opportunity to think and assess what would suits me , that moment I felt hostage and held . I could also hear staff arguing and a hostile environment while I'm under the procedure. The dentist was in a hurry and arguing as well with other staff , because they did push through with me , mind you I was just there for cleaning and x-ray but since the assistant was pushing through and deciding for me. What is all about sales they seem to want to squeeze money from you. Now when I went home and check on the procedure I have it's not for me , I like to floss and clean each teeth I have but I can not with what they did to my mouth I even raise my concern about I don't like my healthy teeth to be trimmed, but dismissing my question, Well they have the sale they get but overall luck of professionalism .Not a calm environment to be in. On 9/20, I had a serious accident where I fractured my upper jawbone and shifted my three front teeth. Dr. Danny handled the situation with such professionalism, calmness, and confidence that immediately put me at ease (even though I was crying like a baby). He carefully repositioned my teeth and stabilized them with wire (like braces), all through an incredibly gentle and painless procedure. His precision and skill truly saved my teeth. I'm absolutely terrified of needles and especially have such bad PTSD with any sort of oral operation. Scheduling routine dental cleanings has always been easy and convenient. We decided to keep both children with the practice for orthodontics as well, thinking it would simplify appointments. However, we weren't aware that the orthodontist has limited office days and hours, which has made rescheduling appointments more challenging than expected. Had we known this upfront, we may have considered other options. That said, Dr. Wong has been wonderful and we're very happy with the care he provides. The staff is generally friendly and helpful. The only concern we've had is that the orthodontic assistant who sees my daughter has made her feel somewhat uncomfortable during the last few visits, possibly due to frustration over recurring broken brackets. Overall, we've had a good experience, and Dr. Wong has been a big reason why we've continued our orthodontic care here.
