All lies! All what you are saying here is a lie after another! You had all the information of the insurance at least a week before my appointment. You actually refused to make an appointment until not just you had the insurance information but the social security number too. You even called TWICE regarding the social security number. They've made me feel so comfortable from my very first visit to now and I have no doubt that it'll be just the same going forward. Dr. Nagesh gives me a very thorough walkthrough of everything that is being done or needs to be done while showing me in the X-rays. She gives me techniques for relaxing not only during the procedure but they've worked in general too. And she gives very great advice as far as other dental care goes. What I appreciate most is her genuine care for her patients and her entire demeanor. I feel like I am having a nice visit with family friends in her presence tbh. After my first visit I went on and on to my boyfriend about how great my experience at the dentist was... THE DENTIST. Who does that? I'll close in stating that they take very good precautions as far as covid goes as well. There is sanitizer in the waiting room (which you can't come into until you call to be let in first which ensures there are not multiple people waiting at once) and then they have you wash your hands and rinse your mouth before you get seated. I came here over a year ago on a fantastic Groupon deal and had a very pleasant experience. Came back this year as my new insurance plan is accepted here, score! Had my cleaning, exam, x-ray done last week and had another great experience. Diana, Stella, and Dr. Nagesh are super amazing at what they do. She was very thorough on this visit. I've never had a cavity in my entire life..until now. My long streak is over lol. It didn't show on the x-ray but she managed to find it BEHIND my sealant. She of course asked first before removing the sealant and what do you know, she was right! I'm glad we were able to do the filling a week later before it got worse and would've led to a root canal. Dr. Radhika, comes over and ask how you are doing. How is your day going. Then she examines your teeth. Explains each and every step of what she is doing and what you need done. Awesomeee experience all around. Found a Groupon for Capitol Dental and decided to take my children here for an exam and cleaning. Although this isn't a pediatric dental specialist, all of the staff was great with the kids! They made us feel comfortable from check in to finish. The hygienists did a great job at explaining everything they were doing to to myself and the children making them feel super comfortable. They had TVs to keep you occupied as well and you were able to choose from anything on Netflix. It had been quite some time since I had last been to the dentist, so I was even more nervous than one would normally be. Like a lot of people, I found this place through Groupon. Upon doing my research, and reading a ton of reviews I decided to buy the Groupon and give this place a shot. When I arrived to my appointment, the dental assistant greeted me immediately, and was really kind and nice. It didn't take long to fill out some forms and get seated in the dentist's chair. The dental assistant then took some X-Ray's of my teeth. From there, I was greeted by the dentist, Dr. Nagesh. Right from the beginning, she was incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She was really thorough in explaining the results from my X-Ray's. She broke down what exactly I was looking at, and what problem areas I needed to pay attention to. She also gave me some recommendations as well. Even though I bought the Groupon for the Free X-Ray's and Free Regular Cleaning, I opted for the Deep Cleaning to really get me back on track as far as my teeth go. I had a feeling that I would need one, even before I got here, because it had been some time since I had been to the Dentist, and I wasn't that consistent with flossing. So I ended up getting the Deep Cleaning procedure done that same day, and I couldn't be happier with the results! I have my Free Regular Cleaning appointment very soon, and I can't wait! It's a small staff so there can be a wait. Terry the receptionist/dental assistant is super personable and friendly so the time goes by quicker. The best thing about this place is the way they show and explain the x-rays to you. It's very thorough and I know what I'm paying for. Found this gem on groupon! Overall experience was amazing. They were able to squeeze me in on a ASAP notice. Once there, all COVID protocols were followed and everything (check in paperwork) was online so check in was streamlined. The front office assistant/dental assistant Diane was a pleasure. Came here from Groupon; the price of a dental cleaning session with complementary X-ray was a no-brainer! They've only been open for about a year, and though the place was pretty small, I was blown away by the service from both the receptionist/assistant and Dr. Nagesh. They made sure I was comfortable (they even have Netflix!!), and it felt like I'd been visiting them for a while. They clearly care about their patients, new or old. Dr. Nagesh made sure to go over my X-ray in detail, explaining the state of literally EVERY single tooth in my mouth. She told me exactly what needed to be done about which tooth, and even PRIORITIZED them based on risks and quoted me the costs with alternative options.
