I noticed that there was something wrong with a sweatshirt I purchased (patch was coming off) the first time I wore it a couple days after I bought it and had already left Sedona. So I went on the website to order another one, but the site indicated they don't have an online store. I called them, and Jess helped me resolve my issue! And I was able to order other additional items! And she was happy to help. She didn't make me feel like an inconvenience whatsoever. This place is horrible and I would never go again. Very unprofessional staff! Everything is terribly overpriced. My husband was buying a hat. When he checked out, the price was more than expected. I asked how much tax was in Sedona. I was told 10.4%. That was correct after some research. The total was still more than the hat cost plus tax, easy to figure that out. The unprofessional cashier printed out the receipt and showed us the cost of the hat. It rang up $2 more than it was marked. That is not ok and it is not ok that she did not see that. She gave us the look of 'so what, it's not that much difference'. We said we would not buy it if they did not honor the marked price. Another cashier came to help her and they decided to give us the price difference and tried to hand us the cash, $2. I said that does include the tax. She basically rolled her eyes and looked at us like we were cheap. The hats were very overpriced. Finally, she refunded the transaction and rang it up like it was supposed to be. I told her good, we want this done right. The whole time, we got the "look" because she had to do some work to correct the mistake. Do yourselves a favor, don't ever go there. We walked a short distance and found other stores with much better selections that were a whole lot cheaper. I was able to find other things that I was looking for as well, and the prices were cheaper. This place is terrible. Terrible staff. Items that are not marked correctly. They treat their customers with disrespect. I have no idea how they are in business. Their location is the only plus, and it's not worth it. If we would have gone to the other stores first, we would never have bought that overpriced hat there and would could have avoided the frustrating and unprofessional situation. The owners should be ashamed of their employees and the disrespect they show. read more

Stopped inside today looked for a particular few items I was told were sold here. I walked around a bit and then asked a girl working the counter and she didn't seem to know what I was talking about, but also didn't sound sure. I know I had seen that the items I was looking for were sold at one of the cheers so I continued to look. A few minutes later I decided to just check out with other things I wanted, but decided to ask a gentleman that was also working. I showed him a picture of what I was looking for and he stated they had another shop across the street that sold exactly the stickers I was looking for by a local Arizona artist. He also gave me the deal for five stickers even though I only found three at this store and said he'd call over there to let them know I'd be walking over to buy the others. So not only did he save me money, but guided me to the right spot. I'm only giving three starts because the other girl didn't seem to care or even try to really help and left me pretty frustrated. read more

A couple of days ago Alan bought a pair of swim trunks and a Sedona t-shirt here. Both were attractive. He said they had sweatshirts so we came back today so I could look. Most were hoodies, which I don't like and the few crew necks weren't interesting to me. But there was a gorgeous and unusual purple short sleeve t-shirt that I loved, so we bought it. I will wear it w/ great pleasure, even though I didn't really need another short sleeve t-shirt. Some things you just have to have, and I have saved more than $8,000 by not buying several things I loved, a quilt, a bracelet at Blue-Eyed Bear, the Intermezzo sculpture in front of Pump house and a kinetic glass sculpture we saw at Melting Point. read more

One of the few shops in this area that's not riddled with "Older than dirt" t-shirts and chili pepper pot holders. They carry the "Life is Good" line of clothing (or at least it was good until we had lunch) and more tasteful Sedona/Arizona t-shirts. Great collection of Teva sandals, flip-flops, etc. Did you know they make styles other than butt ugly now? Definitely worth a stop in. read more

There's two Cheers locations on the Sedona strip. One is smaller than the other but both are good places to shop for t-shirts. Compared to other t-shirt stores here in this area, I found Cheers to have better designs and colors. We had a little trouble finding sizes (most were already bought) but service was good here. Prices seemed reasonable and they offered sales on some items. read more

Cheers has a lot of unique cloths for all ages! Stumbled across them while waking the Sedona mini strip. This store has a lot of different designs and material to purchase Ana take back with you.. I emailed Cheers to let them know, and they were kind enough to send me a replacement within the week. So responsive and excellent customer service. Ok, I have to review this store because I mentioned them in a previous review about another shirt shop in the same strip mall that did me wrong. We went into this store 1st because it was right on the corner at the beginning of the Uptown mall area. Really nice stuff and an even nicer cashier (wish I could remember her name) who even recommended the Sedona Fudge company. My mom bought a shirt, but I left empty-handed, thinking I might find cheaper shirts somewhere else. Well, most of the businesses have the same shirts for the same prices, but not the same hospitality as this employee at this store, so back I went to buy my shirt. Good quality, as I knew it would be. Silly me....I was fully aware that you get what you pay for. Quality service, quality products. read more

Quality customer service... I bought a shirt I really liked, it was well constructed with a current but classic design and soft. So I was disappointed when I got home to San Diego to find a small hole under the left sleeve. I emailed the shop about the shirt and the hole. They responded quickly with a request for my address so the could send a replacement out. Unfortunately, that kind of stand up customer service seems so rare these days. This is THE place to buy earrings. Only $6.99 for the same beautiful dream catcher ones that many other shops charge over $10 for. Shirts were $16.95 but the ones we bought were great quality and won't be thrown out after a few washes. read more
