We came here for a cheese and wine class and had a blast! Their head cheesemonger is entertaining…read moreand knowledgeable. They also had a local wine rep to educate us about the wine. We had five wine and cheese courses, in addition to the introductory wine and cheese to "warm us up." The space is warm and open. Tons of open coolers to check out cheeses and wines after. We paid almost 200 dollars for two people to have wine, cheese, a charcuterie and crusty bread board (optional). So about 100 bucks a person. I thought this was a reasonable value and we had such a great time. Keep in mind, this is was you make of it . . . the more questions you ask, the more you will learn. We learned about politics in cheese, cheese thievery, under-appreciated cheeses that smell like gym socks, but taste like a dream. A very laid back and congenial environment. We definitely plan on returning to shop! And they have a "girl scout and cheese pairing" class every April that I can't wait to try next year! As far as people complaining about parking, not sure what they are talking about. There is a commercial parking lot out front and the first two hours are free.

The cheese was delicious and it was cool to try some new ones I wouldn't normally eat. The wine pairings were delicious, I loved the white wines the best. This is a fun event to do with friends or as a date. You are able to shop from them afterwards as well. Parking is free for 2 hours and there is a large lot and garage.

The sub was packed with flavor and had that fresh nostalgic deli feel. The milkshake was creamy and perfect with the strawberry and chocolate twist, pairing beautifully. It's amazing to find a spot where everything on the menu is vegan, and you don't have to second-guess any ingredients. The vibe inside is laid-back and the service is welcoming, and it's great to have a deli-style market doing vegan food that is not only healthy but so delicious. I'll definitely be back to try more!

The heat was on point, tangy pickles, smooth "mayo" and a soft & tastey bun. The chxn was so crunchy and held it's texture from start to finish. I was so impressed that the crunch held up from the first bite to the very last. We also had the citrus BBQ tofu salad. It was also AMAZING! Every part of the salad tasted like it was meant to be there. Pairing them was beautiful. The sweet, tart salad cut through the heat of the sandy just right!! I can not wait to come back to Nashville just so I can get more delicious food from this magical spot!!! And if you live here, you should know that this place is something special; what are you waiting for? Come try them or you need to come back in!!!!

Super authentic Philly cheesesteak, I like mine with a white American and double meat and onions, and nothing else (except I asked for two of those red cherry hot peppers on the side) They serve a cheesesteaks piping hot. Sub sandwich? More like sub-par. Its vibe meshes pretty…read morewell with the area: little outdoor area with foosball and dog area; trivia weekly; long tables for bigger groups. Ended up going with the Big Boy with provolone, onions, and bananas peppers. We also got a side salad and cheese curds. Portion sizes of sandwich was pretty good, sides not so much. Salad was fair for the price. Cheese curds for $8 was steep for (I'm pretty sure) not handmade. I'm spoiled from Twilight Tavern's. The sandwich itself just didn't really stand out. Probably the most critical thing I have is I don't like the pricing model. $16.50 gets you the sandwich with cheese and grilled onions. That's it. Each additional veggie was 50¢ more. As a customer, I would prefer something like sandwich + two add ons as the flat rate. Dinner ended up being $40 for two and we only got one sandwich. All this being said, I may be missing what makes the sandwich so iconic. The meat itself wasn't particularly tasty or seasoned. The bread was unremarkable. Like maybe they are counting on a nostalgia factor that I just don't have. Most likely wouldn't go again unless there's something happening (i.e. trivia, group hang, etc).
