Great food but it is expensive for a hamburger and fries!! Sometimes customer service is not all that great.

Ate here today for the 1st time (3/3/19) & the food was really good! I got the Smokehouse Bacon Cheeseburger & it was very very good! The only down side was i went right after church & i think everyone else in flowery branch did too. There was no seats available. The food is always great, but the service is absolutely horrible. It's becoming a trend with this location and poor service. I had an order for pick called in 15 minutes before I arrived, they said it would only take 10 minutes to fill, and I ended up waiting 30 more minutes when I got there. There was only 5-7 customs in the restaurant, but it still took forever. The last time my wife and I dined in, the woman taking our order was obviously high on something. It was like ordering from the guy in the movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Seems funny but it's ridiculous. Someone please fix the employs. Eh. The burgers are nothing like the ones in the picture. Ordered a 1/3 cheeseburger. It's smaller than a QPC from McD's. Not enough fries to make up the difference. Husband ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Two pieces of Oscar Meyer bacon on top of a plain ol cheeseburger. Those two burgers, two orders of fries (think medium sized portion at McD's) and two drinks...$30. That would be fine if I didn't feel ripped by the size of the portion of burger. read more

We really enjoy Bobby's Burgers. The toppings bar for the burgers let's us get exactly what we want. The service is prompt and courteous.

At first it looked very appealing, the menu has a good amount of options and the customer service was fine. But the burger it self was very regular, nothing out of the ordinary and taste did not convince me. The kitchen was super dirty, the floors, and tables where sticky. This place has a lot of potential, but needs better management. The kids running this place are very nice, but an adult needs to supervise. read more

It just an average burger. The theory is that with a counter full of toppings you dress your own burger with it will improve. It T should and would if the trays of lettuce tomatoes onions pickles and the like were not so picked through and over by 9500 other folks looking for the better tomato or the tartest pickle. This is a old school original burger joint. They cook your burger on the spot And fresh cut fries as well. I like this type of arrangement the staff is very friendly. I would say they are a family friendly and very much worth every dollar. read more

Love the cheeseburger Bobbys in Norcross and Kennesaw, but this one is terrible. Burger was extremely salty and dry. The only thing that keeps this from 5 stars is the price. It's a little expensive for being self-service burgers. See bottom for my 1-5 scale ranks. I reviewed this place poorly (with picture upload) when it first opened but they've vastly improved since. The burger patties are larger and of better quality. This place has my all time favorite veggie burger. They don't seem to use soy or beans like most places. The burger has amazing flavor to it! I have yet to find a better veggie burger anywhere. Also, you can substitute a veggie burger on any of their menu items so if you're a vegetarian who wants to try the monthly special then by all means! The rotating special burgers are always a delight. My favorite of all time is the Visalia onion burger. It's delightful! They have tons of toppings too, including more than 1 type of lettuce! They have lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and several different types of pickles. The sweet butter pickles are great! They also have sauces - ranch, hot sauce, ketchup, mustard, mayo, and special Bobby Sauce, which seems similar to thousand island. My favorite combination is the veggie burger piled high with lettuce, tomato, onion, then sauced with hot sauce and ranch. The pickles are delightful dipped in the Bobby Sauce. The place has booths and tables and a small outdoor patio. It offers free wifi. 1 - avoid. 2 - meh. Delicious burgers and fries, even their milkshakes are really good. But the employees seem like just a bunch of teenagers who are only their because their moms made them get a job. The customer service is a little hit or miss, but overall the food is good as long as you don't mind spending $12 for a burger. read more

The food is excellent however the service is awful. They are slow, hanging around on their phones. The took my order for the "impossible" burger. When I arrived they said owe we ran out. They gave me an issue with refunding me so I ordered something else. Apparently the manager wasn't informed they ran out. A manager as soon as they walk in needs to go throw their daily reports, temp logs and orders. How do I know? I ran a restaurant. read more

So came to cheeseburger Bobby's today which is my favorite place and the management is great but this new guy Jose who just started made this experience so much better. You know you're a Foodoholic needing intervention when your child's teacher sends a note home recommending a restaurant! The note read: "You've got to try Cheeseburger Bobby's" and I happened to be in the area yesterday... so I decided to stop and see what the fuss was all about. Let me just say that I love this place for three reasons: 1) It's well designed. Attractive and very modern interior decor. 2) The burgers selection and fresh toppings bar are impressive. 3) The girls that work here are a hoot!!! Talk about fun & friendly personalities!!! From the moment I walked in the door, the staff had my heart. They made my first visit exciting and were very eager to give recommendations. I decided to stick to a simple classic cheeseburger for my first official meal, but the Philly burger had me drooling with order envy after seeing it. Bobby's indeed makes a good burger and the bun is hellagood... kinda like a Holeman and Finch bun. It's soft, flavorful and toasted to perfection. The fries were not my favorite, but there were home made, which I must give bonus points for the extra effort. Overall, Bobby's is similar to Five Guys mixed with Fuddruckers, with a slight edge for their homemade style. Definitely worthy of their current 4.5 star rating, especially considering the prices are so reasonable! If I can gather the money, I'd seriously consider becoming a franchise owner. The food is always cooked to order! It's all so fresh, especially the fries. The service is good and they're always quick, even though they're not a fast food joint. I like the bar where you can choose your own toppings. I wish there was something to avoid cross contamination from the utensils sliding down into the toppings. We know people don't wash their hands! That grossed me out a little but overall it's a good family spot with good burgers. The dessert menu needs to be updated because they don't sell any of those things. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. I'll return when I want a fresh burger and I'm on a time crunch. read more

My new favorite local burger place. Cheeseburger Bobby's has good meat :) The burgers are wonderful, the bar where you can decorate your meat treat is fun - my kiddos loved that they can personalize their food too - and I LOVE their skin-on french fries. Not to mention i can pick from more than just the usual ketchup and mayo - they have ranch and buffalo and barbecue sauces to pour on my meal too! Had the classic chicken sandwich and onion rings. Food is cooked to order so it came out hot. Both items were good, but nothing exceptional. The rings came pre-breaded so I tasted more bread than onion. Not a bad place to eat, but try some of the chicken places for more exceptional chicken sandwiches. read more

I have been here several times and the burgers are really quite good. Long wait, but great set up bar to really load a burger the way I want it. I think the $$ is high for a burger and sides are extra. If you measure on just the burger, yes, it beats any fast food and I like it better than 5 guys. This restaurant has definitely went down hill since the Coronavirus. We went there last week and if you want to contract the Coronavirus, this is the place to go. One of the cooks wasn't wearing a mask as he cooked burgers and I couldn't believe that the so-called manager left from behind the register to go outside to carry her kids in and never washed her hands nor did she even put her mask back on as she helped customers. The cook that wasn't wearing mask left the cooking area and sat down with two female customers then got up and continued to cook without even changing his gloves or washing his hands. I watched as two customers left the seated area after eating and no one cleaned the table before another couple sat down. I was so frustrated that I asked to see the manager and the lady said she was the manager. When I told her what I saw and also as a manager why wasn't she wearing a mask. She stated very rudely that masks and gloves were optional and that the health Dept had inspected them and said that that was fine. I also asked her for the corporate office number and she said that there was no office and she never talks to the owner. I researched and found the corporate office and called. As of today, approximately five dalater no one has returned my call. We will never go back. If you decided to continue to go there ..... I am so angry I could scream. First the cashier took orders for items that he knew was not in stock. Then I ordered 2 burgers only to get home and find out that there was no meat in the container. I called and told them I was sending my husband for them to replace my order. When he arrived, they had locked the door and did not have the replacement order ready to hand to him. I've been going to this establishment for a little over 4 years. I was introduced to the "cheeseburger bobby" franchise, with this location. In the last couple months, This particular location has had poor customer service, employees who don't want to do their job! For example, A customer in front of me wanted bacon on their sandwich. They didn't have any already made, both cooks and line workers refused to make anymore, so they told the customers, they didn't have any. That was in fact a lie!! Another example, one of the line workers constantly groaning loud exclaim "she can't wait to go home!". I've also noticed multiple individuals in the kitchen wearing slides instead of proper work shoes. Which is a safety/work hazard! The amount of flies flying around this places is astonishing!! they need to hire better staff that isn't constantly complaining, lazy, aren't always on their phone, don't have AirPods in their ears or just chilling in the back refusing to do work. There is no reason that a customer should be standing at the cash register waiting to order for 5 minutes with 2 cooks and a line worker in the kitchen ignoring as if they can't see. Not even a "we will be right with you!" NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT! Then having someone come out from the back, obviously eating! With what look like barbecue or chili on their face, trying to take my order! To THEN BE TOLD they don't have chicken FOR MY SANDWICH. A waste of my time! Another example, the fountain machine ran out of fruit punch. I told one of the workers, about the malfunction. No one wanted to fix the problem! Explaining there was nothing they could do about it! You have a employee making rude faces behind their coworker and making fun of them. As a customer, I shouldn't be see this type of behavior AT ALL. The establishment needs to be under new management!! This has been a constant reoccurrence at this location, I am tired of it! Bobby's has great potential but the burgers are thin, very dry, and well-done which is a No-No for a great burger. I know some people like it this way. Problem is, this is the only way they do it. I really did like the fact that they have the toppings bar. You can top your burger anyway that you want to they have a lot of fresh options for that. The only reason I gave them two stars is the fresh cut fries which are awesome. They are cooked perfectly crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside I loved them.
