Not alot of seating and even though it wasn't super packed in there, we barely had a place to sit! I guess having to wait a while (10+ min) worked in our favor because tables became available as people finished their meals smh Average: I ordered the Carolina Burger (with fries) which included Sweet Baby Ray's bbq sauce, bacon and melted cheese. Once my order arrived, I then had the option of manually adding the toppings myself. I added the usual burger stuff- you know, lettuce, pickles, mustard, and onions. They also had a variety of condiment sauces; mayo, mustard, ketchup, bbq sauce etc... As well as seasonings you can add; jalapeño, salt and vinegar, cajun etc.The concept kinda reminds me of Fuddruckers. Finally arriving at my seat, I take a bite...good...just, good. I was glad I took some bbq sauce from the sauce area b/c they hardly gave me any! I also noticed the fries to burger ratio was way off...speaking of fries, I prefer crinkle cut or standard cut fries-- Bobby's fries are homestyle...greasy and lackluster, so if that's what you're into, get your arteries ready b/c they walk around with a bowl of fries offering more to customers. What the boyfriend ordered: The boyfriend ordered The Bucketlist Burger. It included two patties, an onion ring, fried egg and bacon-he added the other toppings of course. He said the burger was juicy and full of flavor. He rated it a 9 out of 10 because he preferred the burger having american cheese instead of cheddar. Also, (his words not mine) the fries were "ass." He said the fries were crumbly bits as if they came from the bottom of the fry bowl. Overpriced: My meal came out to be 11.90. The boyfriend's was 13 and change....rediculous! Mine should have been 7.99 at best, his--9.50. The saying is, "You get what you pay for." In this case YOU DON'T. Great concept for a burger joint! You pick the basic burger & side your want, then doctor it up the way you want from the bar. Lots of condiment choices; the Sriracha mayo is awesome & the Bobby Sauce is a close second. They also have chicken & turkey & veggie options. Great for kiddos, too! The atmosphere is very relaxed & the wooden tables, benches, & wall give it a comfy, country feel. Super clean! Cheeseburger Bobby's was only minutes from my hotel so I decided to give it a shot. I walked in not knowing what to get and decided on the slaw dog and chili cheese fries. The slaw dog was a little disappointing for me, only because it was a little underwhelming.. not enough chili and not enough slaw and it was just O.K.. my fries came out as just regular fries although the cashier rang up the order correctly, it was very busy in the restaurant and forgetting the chili and cheese was an honest mistake, just trying to get the order out and on to the next. The fries were better than the slaw dog though. If you are looking to sit in the location and eat, try to get there early because there are not enough tables for the crowds they are getting at this time. Tasty burgers! I'm so glad my family and I decided to check this place out. Their burgers and fries are good and come out fairly quick. They're a little more than what we'd usually pay for at other burger spots but not a deal breaker. I love the toppings and condiments bar! Sometimes the workers will walk around and offer you a mint or extra fries if you go close to closing time. The Good The Bad The Ugly The Good: Awesome burger. Fresh and tasty. Fast service, but not typical of a chain fast food place as the food is superior to other fast food. They have a custard that is the best I have had in years. The onion rings start frozen (I tried them anyway) and they are delicious, thick real onion inside that is cooked just right. The fresh fried potatoes were amazing as well. They have tons of fresh toppings to build your own burger including sauces and spices. Clean restaurant with happy friendly staff. They even walk around with hot fresh French Fries to give those that have room, free seconds. We were too full to accept. Lots of parking. The Bad: nothing The Ugly: absolutely nothing. There were a few things burger joints don't typically carry such as butter pickle chips and malt vinegar. Everything tasted great, from the burger to the onion rings to the milkshake. Don't let the silly name fool you.. I've tried that place multiple times with my wife and with some friends. Let me tell you, the quality of the burger itself is far better than any burger in that area of town, and it's worth the drive just to get. The fries are always great (sometimes they bring out extra free ones if you're lucky) and there are multiple different seasonings for them. You order the burger how you want, and then build it how you want as well. Extra pickles? Boy, that's all up to you. No pickles, darn right no pickles. I order a veggie burger and without onion and light mayo and they just took off all the other topping which is pickles, tomato, mayo and lettuce . Ok it took me forever to try this place and lately I've been on a burger binge so here it goes. The custard is delicious I haven't had better and keep in mind I'm also not an custard or ice cream ordering type of person. Next the onion rings are delicious as well and the best part of the meal. I chose half and half so the fries were normal nothing outstanding but the onion rings are. The burger was mushroom and bacon and Swiss. The burger wasn't outstanding either. Next time I will order a normal cheese burger and update the burger info. Unfortunately, I can't say good thing about their TO-GO. We have ordered takeaway from them a number of times and have Always been disappointed. But it's the quality of their food (and the topping bar) that really sets this place apart. This place occupies a niche between Burger King and someplace like the Whiskey Bar. Better prices than Five Guys, but a long way to go before they get near In-N-Out quality and service. The employees were friendly enough, but none seemed happy to be there. 30 minutes before closing and three out of four ice tea containers empty. The lemon slice container held two not so fresh looking slices. I understand that it's been a long day, but if the doors are open and you are asking full price, everything needs to be up to standard. Like Five Guys, their fries are fresh cut, and just like a Five Guys, they are kind of floppy. Whatever In-N-Out does, both above mentioned should figure it out and make an effort to copy. I noticed a large pile of cut potatoes in the back. Fresh cut, but how long ago? I am no fan of self service toppings. Customers are not wearing gloves and who knows where their hands have been. Too many E-coli outbreaks these days to go that route. There is a price to pay allowing customers free-for-all access to open containers of unserved food. Bobby's should visit a Chick-fil-A and take notes. The burger I bought was exceptional, enough to make me a repeat customer anytime I'm in the area, but it would be the " sandwich only". Nice appearance, very new and clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everyone was smiling. The menu is modern but simple. They offer a couple of combos, but everything is a la cart. Your meal stretches the threshold of reasonable versus acceptable. The toppings bar is impressive, sure to make anyone happy. The fries are very tasty, but don't waste your time on the cheese. It is bland white cheddar. Now, for the burger... disappointed. I don't doubt that it's 100% black Angus, but it still appears as a frozen mass-produced patty. It was just not good. With comparable establishments offering fresh patted burgers, Bobby's is not yet hitting the mark. I hope they reconsider the beef. The restaurant has a lot of potential. Stopped for the first time based on recommendations of friends. Overall it was just okay. I really enjoyed the concept with the toppings bar and wide variety of sauces and seasonings. That aspect was excellent. I ordered the chicken finger meal that comes with fries, coleslaw and garlic bread. The coleslaw was on the sour side and I didn't eat it. The garlic bread seemed unevenly cooked, crisp and delicious in some spots and lukewarm and soggy in others. The fries started out ok but very quickly became too soft and soggy, they almost felt like they hadn't been fried for long enough. My chicken fingers had the opposite problem. While the inside chicken was moist and juicy the breading on the outside was very hard. Not in a crispy delicious way, but rather a cut your gums up hard to chew through way. I only got the 4 piece and even my 14yr old son didn't want to eat the last one. We also ordered cheese fries and a blueberry cheesecake Sundae. The cheese fries were tasty but it would have been nice to be able to order them with seasoning added before the cheese. The sundae was absolutely delicious. Overall it just felt like the food quality should have been better for the price. We will probably return to try the burgers at some point but our first impression today was slightly less than average. read more

What sort of childlike mixture had to occur to result in something so unappetizing? Yuck. Idk but I regretted it. After I dressed my burger I told the guy I ordered a drink and didn't get a cup. He asks me if I'll take a kids cup because they're out of the other cups.. why wouldn't you tell me that before I paid for a regular drink? While we waited they served us a sample of their custard which was really good. This restaurant is sooooooooo clean. I thought I was at home. Restrooms fresh clean and well stocked. The owners name is Randall. He was right there beside his employees ensuring that his product is well served. There is also a station with different seasonings. Real fresh Angus beef is what you smell when you walk through the door. With a constant flow of customers, other burger restaurants may want to step their game up. Reasonable prices and a 15% military discount here. Most restaurants offer 10%. I'm glad Randall chose our area. Who knows this no burger gal may try cheese burger bobby's. I ordered using the waitr app and they got my order all wrong. I ordered the cheeseburger and fries. They forgot the fries. When I called them to ask about it, I explained to them, that I had knees surgery and I could not go pick it up. They told me to go pick it up. They made no effort in correcting the issue. Then they called me back and told me that the fries were put in the other order and so we checked and there were no fries. They do not care. Their burgers for the most part are not that great. They've got a pretty simple menu, but they seem to do what they do well. I got the single Carolina burger and my wife got the single bacon burger. They've got a bunch of pick-your-own toppings, sauces, and (my favorite) shakers for your fries. I opted for the salt and vinegar powder and have no regrets. We both recommend stopping in for an easy lunch when you can. It's quick, it's not too pricey, and compared to their direct competitors (big chain fast food), their quality is pretty top notch. I come to this place very week because it's right up the street from my job. I order the grilled chicken salad and even brag that it was the best salad in town until a few days ago. I ordered the salad and it came out with different ingredients and I tried to blow it off but the salad was horrible. I asked the manager about the ingredients she said she thought the peoples were on there but it wasn't. Soon she handed me peppers and said they changed the cheese. This has to be the biggest mistake ever those ingredients made the salad and switching it to yellow cheese made the salad taste cheap and didn't taste well with the chicken. read more
