If you're looking for a cheeseburger this is a good place. I feel the price is worth the product. I'm not a fan of skinny fries, but they double fry their fries and it's wonderful. Their onion rings have a homemade taste to them so if you're looking for process onion rings you might be put off. I got the Nation. It was a glorious messy mess and HUGE! So my younger sister is six months pregnant and while visiting Omaha was craving a burger out of all things! Having not been back in Omaha for years, we simply searched yelp and went with the best ratings closest to us. That led us to cheeseburgers and trust me I was not disappointed. My sister ordered the traditional double but customized it and I ordered the jalapeño cream cheese burger and whoa! Probably one of the better burgers I've had over the last several years. Everything was made to order, Service was on point and they even had fresh onion rings, fresh cut fries and pickle chips. You can guess what I ordered! I had a really solid experience at Cheeseburgers. It's a fast casual restaurant that's no frills and straight to the point. Prices are fair, food is tasty, service was fast. I really enjoyed the french fries and the spicy chicken tenders. The Nation burger was also a good take on the classic Big Mac- very good burger. Is it the best burger in Omaha? Probably not...but it's a very fair price and cheaper than most places. Definitely higher quality than most places/bar food restaurants. I am extremely upset with the level of customer service that the business owner, Ben, and his team at Cheeseburger Blackstone are practicing. After visiting the restaurant for lunch in late January, I sat down at their front seating and fell as a result of my chair falling into their vent cover not being secured to the ground. One staff member ran to the front to see if I was okay but didn't offer any next steps such as an apology, a comped meal, or help picking up the area after the fall. After reaching out to management, I was told no one was available to speak to. I was given Ben's email and he did not respond. After a follow up email, and a 1 star review, he finally reached out to acknowledge the incident. Although he agreed to take care of my medical expenses as a result of the concussion I sulfured, he never actually followed through. Instead he kept putting off communication and eventually got a lawyer to speak to me instead in efforts to settle. After sending updated billing, they still have not actually moved forward. The lawyer as also prolonged communication alleging he was on vacation. Again, this happened in January and we are almost in May. I really like to support local businesses, but after suffering a concussion, missing work for follow ups, and still not receiving any direction from the owner I do not plan on returning to Cheeseburger. Their overpriced menu is not worth the stress it may come with for not properly taking care of their building or training their staff. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else, but please be aware! read more

Great burger joint that is new to the Blackstone area. It is a limited menu but still a variety of choices! We've only tried their burgers but can't go wrong with any of the burger choices. The meat is seasoned well. French fries and onion rings are flavorful. I believe they deliver to Little Ricky's if you happen to be there for a cocktail. They had several different burgers, chili dogs and melts. I also ordered a cup of chili which was also very good, it had beans, cheese, and fresh onions, and had a nice amount of spice. The fries looked legit too, but it was cold, so I thought chili was a better option. The folks working there were nice, and the place had kind of a hippie vibe. The next time I tried Cheeseburgers, I got their Original burger in their bricks and mortar store. Again, I was not disappointed. The store itself was small and charming; it is the perfect joint to stop by for a quick meal or for a drunken night. The buns that they use are buttery and add so much to the burger as a whole. Perfect amount of seasoning. -Mushrooms on the burger were done perfectly. -Bun held up well. The not so good: -The chicken tender recipe needs a complete re-write. The chicken just tastes...wet? It's tender (which is good) but there's zero flavor. I get it's a burger place but the chicken isn't that great. -Pickles were added to the burger when none were requested. -The sautéed onions were half done perfectly while the rest were raw onions. -Mustard and Ketchup were added when none were requested. There's a lot of potential here but there are elements that could be tightened up to make it next level. read more

Everyone had on masks and hand sanitizer right at the front door, so felt okay to be inside to order. I ordered the Hang Loose, Onion Rings and a Chocolate shake. The Hang Loose is kinda like a sloppy joe without the sauce. The onions and pickles balance the spiced meat with a sweet & sour punch. Enjoyed the spiced breading on the onion rings, nice texture without being greasy. The shake was almost too thick for the straw, but was able to suck it down just fine after a few minutes in the heat. Overall, simple good food! My husband and I checked out this place. Did online ordering and food was ready right when we arrived. I ordered the chicken tender sandwich, fries and a vanilla shake. My husband did the same but a burger and strawberry shake instead. The fries portion is awesome but doesn't come with the sandwich so be aware of that. My husband loved everything about the food. I personally thought that my chicken could have a had a bit more salt and breaded better. I wasn't wowed but I liked the food and pickles. The shakes were the bomb! Stopped here on a Friday night as we were driving thru town. You order at the counter and then sit down and they'll call your name when the food is ready. Not a lot of tables but they seem to do a fair amount of carry out. I got the nation burger, which is their take on a Big Mac, onion rings, and a Cardinal pale ale. My friend got the chicken tender sandwich, fries and a cherry coke. Everything was really good, and the service was also really good. I think it may have been the owner cashiering, but not certain, either way the cashier's service was great. Didn't have much interaction with other staff. Now on to the food. Not from Omaha but would stop here again when passing thru town if looking for a quick and delicious bite to eat, even though there are many options, it really was that good. The nation burger was outstanding and my buddy said the tender sandwich was good, but would likely choose a burger next time. My onion rings were decent--the good is that just like everything we tried from this establishment it was made fresh and in-house, a rarity today; however the particular breading used is not my favorite. My buddy's fries were really good tho, we both thought so. I wish they had some IPAs and hazy IPAs to choose from, but the Cardinal pale ale was good. Would I go back, most definitely. And I'd likely get the nation again, or maybe the cream cheese jalapeño burger, fries and a beer or coke. If you're looking for a good and quick meal, this place is hard to beat. read more

There are so many good burgers in Omaha its hard to justify spending 7 bucks on a burger that doesn't even give you lettuce. The onion rings were good, fries were mediocre at best.
