Whether it be the seasoning, how long it is cooked (I ask for medium rare) and now the portion size. I was there last night and was shocked by how small the size was compared to when I started coming 2-3 years ago. The steak was also overcooked. I am starting to go less and less and I may not go at all in the future given the inconsistency of the same order. I get that places have different cooks frequently and prices have gone up, but have some sort of standard!
