We have been coming to the Cheesesteak factory for over 10 years now and they currently are making some of the best sandwiches they've ever made! It is by no means fine dining, but if you want a casual environment with good food, it is a great lunch spot while in Surfside! Food is really good. I've been to this spot a few times over the past couple of years and it's very reliable for a good lunch or dinner. My only "problem" is the price is a little high, I usually spend about 16-17 dollars for a full Philly and fries. The Phillies are always very loaded so it's usually a meal and a half for me. The staff was the best part, they were very pleasant. I wasn't impressed with the cheesesteak or the fries. The place needs a full cleaning; ceiling tiles are filthy and need replaced, and all surfaces need deep cleaned. In no means considered pricey in my book. I had mine with mushrooms, onions, and American cheese. I like them with the cheese wiz but, felt like American at the time - don't judge. I'd like to try their buffalo chicken one too but that's for another day. The place is pretty small. They have a walk up counter to order and a handful of booths and tables to sit at.
