What a stressful and helpless situation for anyone to experience. This was me on February 9th. After calling a local locksmith search company I found online to report my need for an emergency locksmith, I was contacted just 2 minutes later by Joseph. He was polite, succinct, and gave me all of the pricing information upfront before taking my address and heading my way. Within 30 minutes, Joseph was at my door and had us inside within 10 minutes after determining the lock needed to be drilled and replaced. He had all of the parts ready to go. I assume this is all somewhat standard stuff for emergency locksmith services. My husband and I own an old Baltimore Charles Village rowhome with many Frankenstein patch-up throughout the years - one of them being one of the front door knobs. So when we got locked inside our own house one night and had to call for an emergency locksmith at 10 PM. Mr. Roi showed up within 20 minutes of our call, swiftly made a (free) initial assessment, and was able to follow up with appropriate repairs within the next 12 hrs. He was very transparent, responsive, and patient even when the repairs turned out to be more complicated than expected (and entailed multiple visits). After an already horrible day, I let my dogs outside and just happen to lock the door on the way out. Which locked me outside without a key or cell phone. After making friends with the neighbors they let me use their phone and I started calling locksmiths. The first five companies I've called no one answered even though they said they were 24/7. Finally came a cross cheetah 24/7 and within two rings I got an answer. He said he'd be here in 25 minutes. He was about 20 miles away. He quickly came within the 25 minutes and quickly and smoothly opened our door. He was very professional and fast. The price was very reasonable for a Sunday call. I was locked out of my home at around 9:30 pm, initially I called a corporate locksmith 24/7 service. They said they would send someone in an hour, after 1.5 hours, they called me and said no one was available until 7:00 am in the morning. I next called Cheetah 24/7 locksmith. I spoke to Roi, his customer service was excellent, he said I will be there in 25 minutes, he arrived in 15 minutes. I was in my house in 5 minutes, his quality of service was fantastic, and his fee was reasonable for the value of service he provided. He told us that he might need to drill the lock if his first option didn't work. However, good for us, he was able to unlock it without any drilling or damages and it was fast too. Best service i have ever had from any skilled worker. Was locked out of a condo that I own as the renter who moved out had changed the locks and did not leave keys behind. He met me at the condo in less than 20 minutes, entered promptly, and changed all 4 locks for about half of what I expected to pay. This technician guy then called me and started interrogating me!! he asked me 4 times "who opened my car". It was very unpleasant.. This guy sounds like a shady person.
