Biwon is one of my favorite KBBQ spots because you can mix it up with Korean BBQ, sushi, or both…read more Just know your whole table has to order the same option since it's a shared dining experience. AYCE KOREAN BBQ $27.95 and $33.95 AYCE SUSHI $26.95 and $32.95 AYCE KBBQ and SUSHI $44.95 When I go for KBBQ, I need brisket on rotation, and they are usually pretty quick about bringing out orders. The food is fresh and very tasty. The side dishes come out fast, and they do have radish, which is my favorite. It adds a different texture and feels like a lighter option with the meal. It does get smoky. Sometimes they stay on top of grill changes and sometimes they do not, so you may need to flag someone down. Be prepared to leave smelling like BBQ. Parking is limited and can be hard to maneuver. Larger vehicles can fit, but it can be tight. On busy days, you might not find a spot in their lot. The main downside for me has been the restrooms. The last few visits, they were not very clean and did not smell good, which is a big red flag. This may not happen every time, but during slower periods it should be better maintained. Overall I recommend this restaurant.

The hostess was rude and repeatedly told us we couldn't be seated, even though our reservation time was only minutes away. It was not a pleasant way to start the evening. The restaurant advertises itself as a premium all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ, but the food was only average. It definitely did not feel "premium." The restaurant also didn't seem very clean, and the overall atmosphere was not enjoyable. The service was disorganized. We never knew who our server actually was because different employees kept coming to our table throughout the meal. Instead of making us feel like valued customers, the experience felt rushed and unwelcoming. To make matters worse, at the end of the meal, one of the servers warned us that if we left any meat on the table, we would be charged extra. While I understand restaurants may have food waste policies, the way it was communicated came across as rude rather than courteous. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Between the poor customer service, average food, lack of cleanliness, and unfriendly atmosphere, we will not be returning and would not recommend this restaurant.

I love you Greenland!…read more I made a terrible mistake. I decided to order collagen masks on Amazon that said Korean formula. 4 masks in and a super dry, red face later, I saw on the back in small print made in ROC. Ugh. Seriously Amazon? Never again. I'm sorry I cheated on you with Amazon, Greenland. I learned my lesson. I put 30 masks in my basket and headed for the deli. 30 masks?! Yep. They are only 89 cents, but here's the thing. Korean beauty products are held to a higher production quality standard than US beauty products. And that means I'm not going to have an allergic reaction. ROC means the ones I got from Amazon were actually made in China. Their standards are nowhere near Korean standards. Like I said- lesson learned. So I got $30 worth of masks and $30 worth of deli, and a couple Monster energy drinks for Adam. I have the ingredients to make my own cucumber salad at home, but Greenland's is so much better. I got yeolmu putnaechu- which tastes like bok choy kimchi to me. I grabbed stir fried fish cakes, which are long flat strips and are so sesame yummy. I got soybean sprouts, Korean glass noodle stir fry and kimbap. These are all serving size containers. If you love all of the little appetizers you get at a Korean restaurant - that's what these are. And they are wonderful. Take a look at the photos I took of the vegetables. They are super fresh and Greenland has some harder to find options. I looked for Asian pears, but they must not be in season. If you love Korean food, you need to go to Greenland. It's the cornerstone of our neighborhood in Chinatown.

Definitely like comparing a flagship market with the neighborhood bodega or corner store. Good selection of Korean items, noodles, sauces, peppers, you name it.. but just not as lively or glitzy as before. The little bakery and other concerns outside the store were empty. The food court was pretty busy, that's probably why the parking lot was packed. I mean it was OK, just not like the old days.

We had the half jerk chicken and a jerk chicken platter with rice and peas and plantains, and everything had great authentic flavor. The jerk chicken was fresh, flavorful, high in protein, and honestly one of those meals that feels satisfying without feeling overly processed or heavy. Music was a pleasant mix of R&B with island vibes. The owner was there too, and I made a point to tell him he's doing a great job. You can tell they care about the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend this place. Great food, great service, and we're looking forward to going back. Thanks & God bless! Nick & Nelly - Owners - Abel's Bagels, SW, LV, NV @abelsbagelslv

We are from San Diego & LA, came out to Vegas for a three-day class reunion at New Orleans Hotel…read more Our friend gave me a list black owned restaurants. I ended up choosing House of Dutch Pot. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the owner, Oniel, who welcomed us and quickly seated us with menus. He mentioned that he had a large group to serve (about fifteen people) but reassured us that his waitress would be arriving soon. Oniel took the time to explain the menu, and we placed our drink orders--mine was a pineapple and ginger mix, which turned out to be refreshingly unique. It was such a treat to see options beyond the usual sodas and iced teas. Oh my goodness, food was so good!! I got the combo plate, jerk chicken & oxtails, mac n cheese & grilled veggies. I had little bit of mac n cheese left & two pieces of chicken I took w/me, I ate that later. The ambiance was fantastic: beautiful decorations and Caribbean music playing at just the right volume, creating a lively atmosphere without overpowering our conversations. It's always a plus when you don't have to shout over the music. As the evening went on, the waitress and another cook joined, which was perfect timing since six more guests walked in. The waitress was friendly and pleasant, adding to the overall great experience. Oniel includes a little history about his journey on the menu, which is both interesting and inspiring. He runs the place with professionalism, efficiency, and a genuinely pleasant attitude. I highly recommend House of Dutch Pot to anyone visiting Las Vegas. I will definitely be going back when I visit Las Vegas.
