A lot of the items were way too spicy, to the point where the heat completely overpowered everything else, and we couldn't even taste the intrinsic ingredients of the food. Because of how intense the heat was, I was sweating throughout the entire meal, which made for a pretty uncomfortable dining experience. Another thing I have to point out is that many of the plates we were served had noticeable chips on the sides. It felt really weird and out of place considering this is supposed to be a pretty nice, upscale restaurant. To be honest, I was rather disappointed with the food overall. They were juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. Easily one of the better items I had during my visit. Unfortunately, the main course changed the entire experience. The burger arrived undercooked and had an unusual flavor that immediately seemed off. Even more concerning, I found a strange particle inside the burger that I simply couldn't identify. At that point, I lost my appetite and chose not to finish it. Moments like this are disappointing because they raise concerns about consistency and quality control in the kitchen. A burger is one of the most basic menu items, and it should never leave the kitchen unless it's been properly checked. I also noticed that parts of the dining room floor were sticky and could have used more attention. Cleanliness is just as important as good food, and it's something guests notice.
