I'd booked this catering company back in April for my friends bachelorette party. From the…read morebeginning, Melissa provided amazing customer service was I even got a great deal on the breakfast we were supposed to have. Come the day of delivery, the driver never showed up. In the midst of the party, I'm scrambling trying to figure out where the driver was and more food to replace what never showed up. Granted she was in an accident, there was no communication about it. Only after I called about 25 times, texted, and emailed a bunch of times did I get someone to tell me what was going on. Since I never received my order, I was assured a refund within two weeks. Here is it nearly two months later and I still have not received my money back. I've only heard from someone in the Consumer Affairs department in response to my initial inquiry about it. I was given a date for the refund and it still hasn't come I've been reaching out via email with no response. Perhaps my experience was a fluke but I wouldn't recommend using this company.
