In my experience, it's very hard to find a caterer that is both good at Mexican tacos and quesadillas, but also can make classy hors d'oeuvres. This is one caterer who can do it all and really well. They did a great grilled veggie option and accommodated many allergy needs of our guests. The sauces were yummy. Our guests kept remarking about how tasty the food was! The event went off perfectly. I catered a cheese wheel with Chef Gilly for a wedding event. If you are looking for a classy high end with a "wow" from guests, don't hesitate. Very professional staff. Arrived on time, everything provided. Only drawback, there is a min charge for 100 guests. We had maybe 60-70, left overs went to our condo staff, they were very happy. My office did a catered taco lunch from here for ~500 people and it was fantastic. They have lots of vegan taco options- I had tofu picadillo, soyrizo/potato, and veggie fajita, and all 3 were delicious. My favorite was the soyrizo with potato, highly highly recommend. The tacos were made fresh on a grill, along with rice and beans (both vegan) served hot as well. At a side self serve station there were various toppings like onions and cilantro as well as salsas and sauces. I got to have my tacos prepared by Chef Gilly himself.
