Simply the best shrimp fried rice my wife and I have ever had and the customer service (including the delivery person) is always excellent.

Highly recommend Chef Huang's! This is a great local Chinese takeout/delivery place. Food is high quality, prices are fair, and service is excellent. We've moved a bunch and always struggle to find a good Chinese takeout, but this is perfect. We get it for takeout about 2-3 times a month and generously feed a family of 5 (two teens and a tween) for about $50. We always have leftovers. Favorites are the crab rangoon, cashew chicken, and shrimp with snow peas, but everything is good. read more

I have to give this establishment zero stars! I only put one to post the review. I don't even know where to start. First off since when is it okay for there delivery drivers to speed in a residential area. The driver in the blue pick up truck almost ran over my sister as she was taking our dog outside. Not to mention almost ran into my mailbox as he was parking to drop my food off. My ring camera caught all of this sad to say. When I sat down to open my food there was a dead fly in my soup container and the noodles had small pieces of hair in it that looked like someone's facial hair. I called back to report this to the manager and he told me I could go f myself and never order from them again. Such bad customer service and the guy driving the blue truck needs to be replaced. I've never been so disappointed and shocked with any place I've ordered food from. This is one of the worst Chinese places I have ever visited. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! read more

Was very happy with my service, my order was out quick and when I got home to eat it was exquisite! I ate every bit of it. I orders the veggie spring rolls which were good, I've had better but they were by no means bad. For my entree I decided to ask the waitress what she recommended because I had never been there and she suggested the Hunan Chicken. There was plenty of broccoli and sauce. Made the mistake of ordering the puu-puu platter: one eggroll (sliced in half), rock-hard wontons that tasted like stale grease, edible beef on a stick, inedible fried shrimp that gave me an allergic reaction, bad fried chicken Fried tofu was okay, but the twice-cooked pork was suffocated in that syrupy brown sauce. This is my absolute favorite Chinese restaurant. The staff is so friendly, the prices are reasonable and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious and not overly salty. I usually order off the menu, but the last time I asked if they could make Szechuan shrimp the same way they make the Szechuan beef? They said absolutely and even gave me a choice of whether I wanted baby or jumbo shrimp in it. It was fantastic! I always pick up my order, so I can't comment on delivery. Usually our go to Chinese restaurant. However, there have been numerous times where they forget something in the order! The food just got delivered but without any beverages...I tried to get the driver but he had just left so I called the place and they said they couldn't call the driver and I would have to wait 45 minutes before the driver could be sent back. Ordered delivery twice from here and both times the food was "on point!" It arrived hot and surprising really good. I'm giving 4 stars because the expectation is that it'll be just average or below average. As a matter of fact it's above average but certainly not the best I had which was in San Fran. Love this place! We moved to the area in October and will only order from here. We usually get the sweet and sour chicken and the sesame chicken. We always have it delivered and it always come fast and is still hot. The crab rangoons are good but the egg rolls are hit and miss. We have ordered them twice and only liked them once. The meal portions are huge and we like that they separate the sweet and sour sauce so the chicken doesn't get soggy. read more

Let me just start out saying this is my favorite restaurant in my area. Living near Ft. Belvoir I noticed food options for a vegan are extremely limited and when I stumbled onto this perfect little hole in the wall, my boyfriend & I were instantly hooked. Chef Huang makes DELICIOUS General Tso's tofu, and he always modifies the ingredients to keep animal product out. I am so grateful for his wonderful customer service & his friendly demeanor....and obviously the great food. Everyone should try this place once, because they will definitely be back. Wow. A surprise for me. The actual restaurant is pretty "normal" for a Chinese place. Its in a strip mall by a Safeway. The food though was wonderful. Big portions and well made. I ordered a shrimp meal and got a ton of HUGE shrimp. At the end they even brought me two orange slices and also a very hot towel to clean my hands. A great place with a get value as well. This is the Chinese restaurant we judge other Chinese restaurants by. We have been ordering from Chef Huang's for well over 10 years. The food is delicious, whether eating in or having it delivered. Restaurant is scrupulously clean, wait staff is attentive and always excellent. The pricing is quite good. You always get your money's worth here. The lunch buffet we've had a time or two-all the Chinese food standards are there, and they're all very good. The price is an absolute bargain too. Delivery is always far faster than they say-if they say 30 minutes it actually means your food is at your door in 15 minutes fresh hot and ready to dig into. And the delivery guys are always polite, professional and personable. We have ordered from this restaurant so long we feel like they're family. The restaurant has a very nice "family" vibe-it's comfortable and the food is prepared as though a family member made it. Yes, it's that good. Try anything on the menu, it's delicious. Just tried this place so can't give five stars but I ordered delivery and our food got here in 20 minutes. I ordered the chicken and broccoli and it was delicious. Sauce not too thick like some other places, just very juicy. Also crab Rangoon was okay, a little on the sweet side but still good. My four yr old ate all her food so that must tell you something.
