They had a broad selection of chicken entrees as well as a pork dish and chimichurri beef. While I didn't get to sample the entrees beforehand, one my entrees of interest was chosen for our event: pecan crusted chicken with firecracker cream sauce, as well as the chimichurri beef. The chicken was ok, and I couldn't taste the sauce, but the beef was much better. It was cooked medium and had a chimichurri sauce to pour over it that had great flavor! From the array of sides, we had wild rice with cranberries and the vegetable medley. Both were very good; I must say I was pleasantly surprised because those would not have been my first choices for sides. Their assortment included some various potato sides that sounded delicious! Of the desserts we ordered for our event--tres leches and chocolate cake--the chocolate cake was AWESOME! I did not get to try the tres leches, but it looked okay, to be honest. Not much help, I know. We were offered salad and passion fruit tea with our meal and watermelon lemonade and alcohol-free mimosas for the pre-dinner networking. I only tried the lemonade and tea, and they were pretty good. The passion fruit tea was a big hit! Perhaps it's because we were return customers, but Ral's cut our planning committee a good deal. I would hope we use them in the future because they helped make our event a success. In reality, I'd probably give them 3.5 stars because the food didn't completely blow me away (I might have thought differently had I been able to sample the other dishes, though). However, for the quality and the price, I'm rounding up. I would recommend them for your catering needs.

She was worried that her friends would not like the food, however it was a hit. The kids raved about the food and it was so delicious and it was also beautiful on the plate. My daughter was so thrilled . They provided excellent service and everything went so smoothly. Our DJ told us that it was some of the best food he had ever had at a party or wedding. Due to COVID-19 I was unable to proceed (AirBNB owner cancelled then I was unable to secure another location). I told Chef Will as soon as I found out to cancel but he never refunded me. He said: "How do you suggest that I recoup the money I would have made from the other people I turned away for the date you placed a deposit on? You cancelled. You could've accepted a delivery on the date you requested and either improvised or eaten it later." - I told him he didn't give me any options such as delivery and never responded to my emails until much later on. He then tells me "I spent the last 2-3 days trying to book your cancellation with a couple of people I had turned away due to your booking. I had no luck." - Because you can't find any additional clients you won't refund me. Great business model. "As a professional courtesy I can offer you a discount on a future booking or a 25% refund. " - Thank you so much, I spend $250 on absolutely nothing and I get 25% off next time I want to throw my money away? To sum it up: Chef Will stole $250 from me and was unprofessional. He was slow to respond to emails and never mentioned that the deposit was non-refundable. I would STRONGLY not recommend him, I would give 0 stars if it was an option

The guests were all thrilled. The weather was absolutely terrible but he made it anyway. Cooked everything in her kitchen and the place was cleaner when he left than when he got there. Truly great experience.
