I liked this a lot because it allowed me to account for planned dinners out with friends and weekends. I've used other meal delivery services and they don't allow for any flexibility. Looking to shed a few pounds, I recently signed up for her M-F 3 meal a day w/ snack Fit Lifestyle Meal package. You don't have to choose (although you can give her restrictions) and the food is really great with a lot of variety. I'm too busy to feed myself (rationalization, I know) and to be able to have someone just plan for my 1200 calorie a day, wheat-free menu has been a real blessing. She's also very responsive to email.

I ordered the Waimea (comes with 2 scoops of rice, 1 pork katsu cutlet, Teri beef, and 2 mini spring rolls) and the food arrived within 5-10 minutes. Everything was perfect; the portions were just right, the temperature was tolerable enough to eat immediately, the presentation was plated nicely, and the flavors were amazing.
