Every week, right as rain, my cooler is out on the porch and magically, filled with yummy stuff! The produce is the best on the planet, seriously. Fresh, delicious, picked sometimes the day before! Yesterday's sun still clinging to the leaves! When I've given friends different fruits and veggies they always agree, it's not just tasty but it last longer than any organic fresh foods you can get at a grocery store. So, it saves us $$ ! We usually order the Northwest Box, as that allows us to eat the most local, seasonal foods. Wintertime we go back to a broader area to choose from, a treat as well. I go online to order more produce, or great steel cut oats, or rosemary rolls from The Breadfarm in Bow, or maybe albacore caught and packed in Oregon or Alaskan salmon or many various sundries, and the laundry soap? Lasts forever, is so compact, without the fillers and waters and unnecessary chemicals. It's gentle on my sensitive skin and strong enough to deal with my husbands undershirts. Makes great gifts, too. This company, this community of people, is so caring and giving, their farming is sustainable and so is their place in the community. Through them I can choose to donate food to my local food bank and my local recovery café or internationally on things like water & food projects. We love Klesick Family Farms!

I really appreciate the order updates on the day of pick up, and instructions to finding the location. The pick up location was very welcoming and accessible. There were personalized touches such as your name printed on your order, and listed ingredients. The brownies were perfect and filled with chocolate chunks; excellent! The cinnamon rolls are sourdough making them much denser than a yeast cinnamon roll my little ones loved them (the sweet sound of silence while they ate.) Their website is easy to use, and on the few occasions I've had to speak with customer service regarding a question about pausing an order or with help in regards to accommodating a nut allergy, they have been quick to respond, incredibly friendly, and very helpful. Now, let's talk about the food. Absolutely delicious! I love that they have a good mix of interesting cuisines, and that every meal is gluten and dairy free. Over the course of the six months that I have been a subscriber, I've only had about five or six meals that I didn't personally care for, and that wasn't because they weren't good, just my own personal preference. Lunch is always a delicious salad of some form (with a protein), and twice a week lunch also comes with a delicious soup. Their dressings are always so yummy, and you'd never guess they are dairy free! The dinners are SO good! I'd pick a favorite, but honestly, there have been too many to name here. Additionally, there is enough variety and variance in their menu that I've never felt bored with my meals, even after six months. I love that their packaging is 100% compostable, even the stickers they use! Another bonus is that they reuse the bags and ice packs they deliver your food in. On the days that I have a food delivery from them, I simply set the previous order's bag and ice packs outside, and they take it with them after dropping off my new order. I really love this. I have used other services in the past, but I hated all of the waste from the weekly packaging and trying to dispose of the used ice packs. I should also mention that deliveries come twice a week, so your food is always extremely fresh, and the handful of rotating delivery drivers they use are all incredibly friendly and professional. Pricing wise, I actually spend less than I do at the grocery store. I think this is because when I'm at the grocery store, I'm often tempted by all of the snacks and goodies in front of my eyes, and end up putting way more in my basket than I actually need. If you are looking for a local healthy, fresh, gluten/dairy-free, eco-friendly meal delivery service, you really need to try out Westerly!
